Ordered a necklace about seven weeks ago. After two weeks, I got a shipping confirmation. OK! So far, so good. Followed the tracking of the item as it was sent to Canada. I don't live in Canada. I have never lived in Canada. Contacted their help desk and got several vague emails that didn't answer my question but kept reminding me there was a pandemic and slower shipping. I was already aware of that. Most recently they finally said they were moving their product to a different warehouse and that as soon as their merch got there, they'd ship another necklace to me and that if the first one arrived I could keep it too. I'M NEVER GETTING MY ORDER, AM I?

I love my bee necklace! The quality is awesome and the design is unique, which was what got my attention from the start. It definitely did not disappoint!! I consider it a great purchase!!

I've purchased from them three times and they were consistently excellent to deal with. Everything was as described, the prices were reasonable, the shipping was fast and careful, and everything went well 100% of the time.

I received my order so quickly on two separate occasions. The necklace and the earrings are great quality and extremely cute! The boxes that the jewellery come in are adorable too! My daughter-in-law loved the gift so much! I found the prices to be really fair once I saw the quality of the jewellery. Sometimes shipping isn’t as quick as one would hope (in my case it came quickly) but for those who are waiting.....It’s well worth the wait!

I ordered a Necklace for my and it charged my card but I didn't get an order number. Only a receipt its been ten days since and I've yet to hear anything from the ticket I made or a confirmation of an item headed my way Id rather get what I paid for rather than refund but hey I guess I wont get either.

Edit: As of 05/18/2020 I have finally received a shipping number and tracker number; I will be keeping an eye out.

Edit 2: Sorry this late edit is on me, Life got really busy as it does. Funnily enough a couple days after my first Edit the item showed it’s nice for its price, and my girlfriend loved it.

I ordered a necklace for my partner over 3 weeks ago and have received no information that anything will be shipping. When I track the order, it does not appear to have shipped yet. I don't know what to do. Worried this was a scam.

It's been 3 weeks still have not gotten my 2 item's every time I email them I get the run around or some automated email very unhappy

Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support!
But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well.
So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.

I love my bee earrings and necklace they are cute and I get lots of compliments on them.

Ordered the Bee Earrings for my wife. They arrived on time as expected and were exactly as described. She loves them and they frequently bring comments from her friends on how unique they are. Very nice experience

My son gave me a save the bees necklace for Christmas. I really really like it and so did my mother, so I bought her one and am giving it to her for mother's Day. It's a really pretty little bee and everyone seems to like it I know I do 😊

I purchased two of the little bee necklaces and intended to give one of them to my niece when we got together this spring. With the present virus situation, we're not sure when that will be. I decided to mail it to her, and she received it yesterday. She was thrilled! She said it's very cute, and just the right weight. She loves it and said she'll continue to wear it. Thanks for making such a perfect little product that supports bees....she and I are both gardeners and know how important they are!

The bee jewelry has become my favorite,
I bought two more sets of the black and gold bee earrings for my granddaughter and myself. If either one of loses one, we each have a spare. The kids in school are always commenting on my earrings.
