arrived broken as BD present, got not real solution, feels like talking with AI bot. I've bought something else locally and need to drive 20 minutes to pick up location to return the item and get partial refund. not recommended at all, be smart!

I've just chucked my Timex in the dustbin after 1 year and a bit use . Customers services said I could have it repaired if I was to wait up to 3 months . I feel sorry for the staff at customers services there hands are tied . So please please buy a watch that's going to last . Do you remember the days when watches used to last .

Ich kann vor einer Bestellung bei Timex.eu leider nur warnen. Ich habe eine Uhr für 240 € bestellt, die bereits defekt bei mir ankam (der Chronographenzeiger ist lose im Gehäuse).
​Trotz sofortiger schriftlicher Reklamation und mittlerweile drei Telefonaten werde ich nur vertröstet. Angeblich sei das Retourenlabel bereits fertig, könne aber wegen "zu hohem Arbeitsaufkommen" seit Tagen nicht versendet werden. Das ist bei diesem Preisniveau absolut inakzeptabel.
​Ich musste nun den PayPal-Käuferschutz einschalten, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Mein Rat: Wenn es unbedingt eine Timex sein muss, bestellt lieber über Amazon – dort funktioniert der Retourenservice wenigstens. Finger weg vom direkten EU-Shop!

Le fond de la montre ne se fixait pas bien et j'ai contacté le SAV qui ne m'a pas aiguillé vers une bijouterie/ horlogerie française mais m'a demandé de l'envoyer chez un atelier de réparation en Italie.
Je l'ai envoyée en Colissimo mais l'enveloppe a été fracturée et ma montre a été volée.
Timex me répond que cela ne relève pas de leur responsabilité.
C'est lamentable.
Ils ont capables de vendre de montres en France mais pas de mettre en place un SAV digne de ce nom.
Je vais me battre mais ce qui est sûr c'est que je me suis fait avoir une fois et que je ne me referais pas avoir une seconde fois.
Plus jamais je n’achèterai une montre Timex.

This company sells the customer a watch that within a month will have a flat battery and a broken strap. The blue back light wastes battery power as it keeps turning itself on. When you ask for help, it is a clear "NO". Instead the customer is expected to send the watch for repair at their own cost. They do not care about the fact they have sold the customer a broken, rubbish watch. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SELFISH COMPANY AT ALL. They do not even acknowledge a one year guarantee. Avoid this company as it hates it's customers.

Orderd a watch for myself, DHL said it had been delivered and I'd signed for it but I was working!!! Got in touch with customer service straight away, had to keep emailing as never get a reply, they made me sign a form to say that I'd co operate with DHL and the police, have not heard anything since!!!! No replacement which is what I want, nothing!!!! Will never purchase from this company ever again!!

Avoid sending your watch to Timex repair center. The customer service is incredibly frustrating and poor, I’d give it negative stars if I could. The wait times are ridiculously long, and nobody will get back to you with any meaningful status. I sent in a watch for a simple battery replacement, figuring, the site says it’s $18, and free shipping, ok its Timex, they'll be fast, change the battery, and I'll have my watch back in about a week or so. Boy, was I wrong!
Nope, I've been waiting 2 months now, and have contacted them multiple times. The first go around they said, oh fill all this stuff out about the watch, I said wait, you sent me an RMA number, can’t you just look it up yourself, here is the RMA number? Nope, wasn’t good enough, then they needed the exact same info I sent on the RMA form, which they require you to send with the watch. Then they said later, ‘we need the tracking number on the package’, I guess to prove I sent it to them. I was like, what? you have the RMA number, nope, they said they needed the tracking number to prove I wasn’t lying. Ok, that’s a week of back and forth on that one. But whatever, here you go. Then they said oh, it was sent to our offshore center, they will contact you. They could have just told me that in the first place. And of course, the offshore center is anyone’s guess as to what country that could be located in. The center never contacted me after waiting yet another few weeks. I then again contacted them, and now they are like, oh, it’s $30, not $18.
I am still waiting for the repair even after paying them. I would avoid them if at all possible. Unfortunately, where I live doesn’t have a watch repair place. I’d recommend taking your watch to decent local repair center and save yourself aggravation and expense.

I didn't get watch they claim.was delivered and would not respond

Timex Ironman Essential wristwatch didn't resist rain penetration and fogged up just past a year of ownership. It claims water resistance up to 1,000 meters. It's junk.

Great price. Arrived quickly, order was for three watches, two had dead batteries. Contacted Timex, was told go to store and get new one, period. So you purchase watch then have to purchase new battery. Very disappointing, you would expect to get a working watch with purchase

Timex watches are unreliable and the warranty is worthless. The last two Timex watches I've purchased new on Amazon have failed totally within a year. Times makes you jump through hoops to get warranty service, then won't repair or replace the one you brought; instead they offer a different cheapo, probably remaindered, watch as replacement. Totally unacceptable. The Timex of the 20th century is gone. I would not buy Timex products anymore.

Ich habe eine Timex-Uhr gekauft, die von Anfang an defekt war und ca. 10 Minuten pro Stunde nachgeht. Da es sich um ein Geschenk handelte und ich die Uhr früh gekauft habe, war die 30-Tage-Rückgabefrist bereits abgelaufen, als das Problem auffiel.

Der EU-Support hat mich mehrfach weiterverwiesen (erst Italien, dann Deutschland), aber vom deutschen Kundendienst habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Trotz klarer Problembeschreibung und offensichtlichem Defekt wurde mir keine konkrete Lösung angeboten.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass man als Kunde viel Zeit investiert, alles korrekt schildert und am Ende einfach im Kreis geschickt wird. Von einer etablierten Marke wie Timex hätte ich deutlich besseren Support erwartet.

Bought a Timex watch in Ontario, Canada -- brought it home to Australia. The watch fell off my night table - and that killed it ... good to 100 meters depth, but don't drop it 2 feet! Tried dealing with Timex - Arthur -- was like dealing with a robot - would not honour the warrantee (dropping = ABUSE!!). The proof of purchase I provided was NOT accepted (Visa card). They were not open to any negotiation .... will never buy a Timex again (recommend Casio!!).

Over the past 4 years I have bought 2 watches ,Expedition North , via the Internet , and I have found both unsatisfactory , as both seemingly work OK for a few days and then they literally stop , so I have to re adjust them . Very annoying . And I cant trust them .

Watch for daughter for Christmas was dead on arrival - emailed Timex and they said take it to a jeweller - great advice on Boxing Day when a present is not working - no wonder they have so many 1 star reviews

I bought a timex watch. It stopped working after four months. It came with a three year warranty. I asked for a replacement but was told I had to send the watch back to Italy for repair. Timex would not pay the cost of the postage which was €11. Every time I ask for an update on the repair they tell me they are waiting for the parts to come in. It’s been two and a half months and I still haven’t got my watch back. I would not recommend timex. Their customer service is very bad and their guarantee means nothing.

Never order from this company order item end of NOVEMBER it's now middle December still no item. Contact customer service if you can call it that they never get back and can never have answer for anything !!!! Save you money now people and don't spend

I purchased a solar TIMEX watch via Amazon (11/12/25) but SUPPORTED by TIMEX INTERNATIONAL out of Lakewood, New Jersey (or close by location) The watch came with NO MANUAL and I was told I needed to copy the 58 pages (-can you believe this?) myself for usage. NIXED that in one "heartbeat". RETURNED IT within 48 hours. Amazon actually had to pressure them as a 3rd party to refund my money JUST TODAY.
