Have used this company loads of times and have received excellent quality work. Trusted them with my engagement ring for resizing and all I can say is excellent work. Perfect sizing. Thank you.

Tallaght Store Jenny is a credit to the store. Very helpful and friendly. Left two rings in to get sized they were back in a week. Fast fix lives up to it's name.

Absolute rip off. They charge $50 to take 1 link out of a watch band. Do not go here ever.

I went at Fast-Fix, 90-15, Queens Blvd, #1028 on 05/18/2025, I paid USD125 for 5 years warranty but after 2 months while I went again no shop was there, they left without leaving any notice where is there present address. Since then I have been looking them being my watch is not working. Once I called to a Mobile number which mentioned in a card behaved with me wrong . Let me know pls, where shall I go at Queens to solve my problem .

Service was super quick as were the repairs to the 2 watches.
Simon in partiicular was very helpful and friendly.
The items on sale are also high quality.

On 12/24/25, I took a Cartier watch to Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs in the Stonebriar Centre Mall in Frisco, TX. for a battery replacement. I paid Tony, the employee receiving my watch, $205.62 for a five-year warranty replacement. After about 45-50 later I received a text message indicating my watch was ready to be picked up. After about 15 minutes later, when I presented my payment/claim receipt, Tony could not find my watch; he had misdelivered it, given it to someone else. Tony indicated that he knew the person who received the watch and that he was "a nice guy." I waited while Tony called but the person did not respond. The store supervisor, Ms. Mackenzie Cowden, who was not present at the time, called me on another employee's cell phone and spoke to me. She acknowledged they gave my Cartier watch to someone else, but they would retrieve it, I would get a credit for the battery replacement charge and free battery replacement for life, and that one way or another they would make it right, even if they had to compensate me for it or give me another watch. She also indicated that the store owner would be reaching out to me soon. After several calls and text message exchanges with Ms. Cowden, where she reiterated in each that they had made a grave error, their process of returning repaired items to the owners was an "issue and needed review, and that Tony had had to go though training again." She stated, once more, that owner would call me and that they would make me happy in whatever manner necessary. She even said they had "five watches of the same." I wonder if mine is among those five.

It has been more than a month and the owner has not yet called me, the supervisor has stopped taking my calls, and I do not have the watch nor even the battery I paid for.

Have you read what they have on their website? I have copied it for future actions. My question is, what kind of business misdelivers an expensive item to someone they know is not the rightful owner and does nothing to make it right? Please call me and send me the company's insurance information. I will be expecting that soon. Thanks.

I took my antique diamond ring to the shop. I asked them to resize my ring and to add more platinum to my ring. The fellow who does the repairs did a fantastic job of resizing the ring and it looks great. He also shined it up for me.

Wankers wanted 750 to fix a ring

Took a diving watch in to replace the battery and the first day I went back in the water it leaked. When I went in to address it they said they are not responsible and don’t replace the seal. Even a two year old knows, you open a diving watch you must properly seal it or it will be come worthless. Take a look at their other reviews, many people are having problems with these guys. Don’t take jewelry or watches to these guys. Go the a real jewler and save the hassle. This watch now worthless.

Rude staff! I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business. I’ve used Fast & Fix at Cumberland Mall off and on for a while, and although I’ve noticed their prices keep increasing, it never really bothered me much—until today.

When I declined to pay an unreasonable price just to snap the back of a watch in place, a staff member actually called me a bit**. I was shocked at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.

This experience was unacceptable, and it’s clear why their ratings continue to drop. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The cool springs tn location did work on my wife's pearl bracelet. The scope of work was "stringing necklace, knotted up to 18". They did more than than and it no longer fits. I have called 5 times to get a "manager" to call. not happened

Visited the store in Liffey Valley today. Had a new watch to remove two links. Came back to collect the watch within a half hour and the lovely lady Vicky pointed out that the clasp on the watch was faulty. She put back on the links so I can get a replacement match. No charge. Lovely service

Visited the store in South Town Mall (10450 S State St, Sandy UT). Brian helped fix and repair a watch that was not working well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend the store to anyone with a watch issue from a new battery to a repair. Excellent service and friendly.

I left my watch in to fast fix for a battery. The job was finished promptly. All seemed well until I was handed back some of the ornamental markers from the face of the watch in a plastic bag. While the watch was not an expensive one I did like it. To be handed back bits of my watch in a plastic bag is not the service I would expect. When I queried what happened I was told the manager did it. There was no apology. The only comment was If you want it fixed it will have to be left in for a few days...

Chance and Matt did a great job and gave fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Originally just wanted a bar for strap which I purchased at fast-fix 6months previous. The bar was €16 on a €60strap. Then I was advised of their professional watch cleaning service which cost €25. That’s €41 on a €60 strap. On collection I wasn’t impressed with the work but accepted it as it wasn’t an expensive strap so no harm done. Since collecting the watch it has not kept the time whatsoever and start stops intermittently. I noticed scratches where the back has been removed. On speaking with the owner she told me the mechanism had to be taken out to clean it but it wasn’t them that had marked it an it’s most likely a capacitor that will cost another €70. This watch is 3/4years old and has never been a second out of place until going to fast-fix. Consumer beware poor customer care no responsibility taken. I was offered a refund of €41 if I baught a capacitor of them for €70. Absolutely unbelievable service I’m so disappointed but I will only use reputed jewellers from now on. Check everything before leaving the counter.

My experience fixing a necklace at the Tucson Mall location was great! Fast, professional service, will return for sure. Highly recommend this business.
