Firstly the company is underhand and sneaky as you would truly believe it’s a UK company but it’s not - it’s in China. Tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it when I discovered it was a China based company but no reply. Then I got the ‘it’s been despatched’ email. 4 weeks to get here and half of the weather vane is missing so I can’t use it for anything as I only have an arrow with nothing to point at.

I’ve now messaged 9 times via email and 3 times via Facebook messenger and no reply. I’ve been messaging over the last 10 days so not a Christmas holiday issue.

The company is a disgrace and very very dodgy. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE TRADING AS THOUGH IN THE UK AND IS JUST ANOTHER TEMU COMPANY. AT LEAST TEMU HAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTION!

two u=items ordered and paid for only one delivered and no help with trying to find the other item.the parcel received contained one item only but the company insist both items were delivered.Somehow we have to prove the other item was not received and the co will not accept our word that this soi WOULD STILL LIKE TORECEIVE THE german shepherd dog window plaque ordered or get my money back!!!

Lovely product, received many compliments. Purchased two for myself and because third was free ordered another one daughter. When I realised it was coming from china, I was apprehensive about quality, but no need. They are amazing. Delivery was a little long, but this was mentioned when ordering and came well within the time quoted

Update.
No success in cancelling order. It did arrive well packaged. No return address to send it back too.
They were not a staine glass (as described), they were covered with a plastic covering. Would not buy again
Had to put one star to write a review.
Put in order 31 dec 25 . Sent email to cancel the order 1st Jan 26 before it was was processed and shipped . Received an email 2nd Jan to say part of the order shipped .
Finally got an acknowledgement about cancellation my order on 5th Jan, asking me to have a rethink about cancelling my order and offered me £5 for the delay.. I replied confirming I wanted to cancel my order.
6th Jan received an email to say second part of my order had been shipped. Once again replied explaining I had cancelled the order on 1st Jan.
Question!, why did they send the rest of the order clearly knowing I had cancelled it.
Only contact is an amail address. No address or other contact details no registered company details.

The product was good but it took 4 weeks to arrive and it came from china not the uk!

Before ordering from this website, I checked the reviews which appeared good and saw that they offered a money back guarantee and free returns so I felt safe to order a suncatcher at £32.99. When the product arrived, I was disappointed in it's quality. It wasn't a stained glass window but a picture(slightly out of focus in places) glued onto glass with someone putting textured squiggly lines on to replicate the metalwork. The colours were not as depicted on the website and light did not shine through.

I emailed them to ask for a refund and they messaged the next day and offered me £3 and said I didn't need to return the item. Obviously I refused so the next day I had an offer for £8. The following day they increased it to £13 and when I was still demanding a full refund they suggested I chose an alternative item from their website. Their best offer was £20 which I decided to accept. Despite appearances, this is not a UK company but Chinese. Do not expect to get a full refund if you're not happy with the product. On a positive note, they always responded to my emails the next day.

First time using this company. Had a great experience great choice of products all rescannable priced. Easy process ordering and products came in good time before Christmas. Happy with the product we ordered and given as a present at Christmas. Would definitely use again and recommend to others out there.

I am so very pleased with my purchase. I bought a Celtic Knot Clover Sun Catcher Decoration Stained Glass Window Hanging. It is beautiful.
I bought it as a Secret Santa for one of my Granddaughters. She loves it. It was really good value for money. I gave it 4 stars because it took a long time to arrive, and there was no communication on delivery.

Nicely made, arrived quickly and good value for money.

Lovely item, good quality and colours as seen on description. Well wrapped for despatch and got to UK safely from China. Will purchase again in 2026 for a summer themed sun catcher. Very pleased

I ordered a gift as a Christmas present on 2nd December. On 9th I received an email to say it was at a local depot for delivery. I chased it on 18th and it took two days to get a response that it was still at depot. It arrived today 27th December. Very disappointing. Very poor service. No communication that was meaningful. AVOID

Good communication with me about the status of the order and delivery was as scheduled, the Scottish Thistle I ordered for my mum came carefully packaged and was beautifully made.

A pretty seemingly delicate colourful window hanger which is quite sturdy mage ometal and glass that lets the sunlight, when we have any, to light up to show the colourful leaves of this tree of life. I got it for a friend who adores it. I ordered three different ones and all were really lovely , well packed and all intact. They are perfect for presents, and I have one of a black cat that is lovely. Thank you

I lost my dog around 7 weeks ago and was heartbroken ,I ordered a cocker spaniel weather vain and a plant hanger ,to say I'm pleased with them is an understatement, they are beautiful and I was lucky enough to get 2 more plant hangers from my son ,will definitely be ordering more bits from this company, heart felt thanks

Really impressed with the service and quality of the product - sewing machine sun catcher. Would certainly consider using Beckymetal again. Received the item exactly 14 days from date of order and was able to trace it's progress from despatch to delivery.

Orderd (Order No BE54015) six weeks ago ... Money cahed. Nothing arrived. Getting little track contacing them. Now trying to cancel and getting a refund ... Getting no where .... avoid, avoid , avoid

From reading the website I thought I was actualy getting something that was made and crafted in the UK, wrong! it is being shipped from China and slowly at that. Pretty sure I know the quality of what will turn up now, disappointing !

I ordered a suncatcher on the 1st of December & like many it still hasn't arrived! I have tried to contact them via Facebook & email, with no response at all! Very very disappointing, & i'm starting to think i've been scammed, by reading the other reviews on here.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They claim to have free returns and a money back guarantee but these are just lies. Item arrived broken and unusable. They offered a £3 refund on a £13 item.
Requested full refund and a prepaid label for return.
They increased refund offer to £6
They have just ignored my requests so I did a full chargeback through PayPal.
