Absolutely gorgeous gifts. Purchased three suncatchers , two as gifts one for myself. Well packaged and excellent quality. They come from China so delivery dates are longer than normal but if you factor that in and order early then no issues and well worth the wait ❤️❤️❤️

I will never be shopping with Becky Metal again!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the suncatcher; it is just a picture printed onto glass. In no way is it stained glass, and it barely lets any light through.
I was even more disappointed with the customer service I received when I asked to return this item. Their website says they have an easy returns process and ‘you can shop with confidence, knowing that you have the flexibility to return products that don't meet your expectations’, this is a complete lie! I asked 5 times to return the item for a refund, and they kept offering me only a small discount and ignoring me when I said I wasn’t interested and that I don’t want to keep the item and just want a refund like their returns policy says I am entitled to do. The items are shipped from China, which isn’t made clear on their website before you order, so they are obviously trying to avoid having to return the items back to China.
They also don’t publish negative reviews that you leave for the products on their website so it looks like everything has all 5 star reviews.
Definitely will not be shopping with them again!

You say its "High Quality Metal Art in the UK" but it comes from China.
You say its stainless steel but it isn’t, it is very thin tin, which wont last an English winter
If I’d have known it wasn't a UK made item I wouldn't have bought it, very disappointed.

I have now emailed Becktmetal 3 times, twice on 30th March and once today 1st April, in relation to my three item order.
I have received it, but one item was incorrect and I would like it replaced or a refund. They say they will reply in 24 hours!
So disappointed as I have ordered from you before with no issues but the item that is incorrect is part of a wedding present next weekend.
Please can you reply!!— feeling sad.

Product is poor. Very thin, bent and has gagged edges, where it has been cut out.

My first time using Beckymetal and such a wide range of styles and reasonable prices.
My Weather vain arrived after a bit longer than I expected as it was coming from China. The website did on the face of it appear to be in the UK and only when I got confirmation of dispatch that it was coming from China.
I have no problem in buying from China but it would be nice to know before ordering.
The item arrived very well packed so no damage in transit. The pictogram instrutions for setup were adequate.

Really lovely product, fabulous design and quality material

Within six months the coating is coming off the weather vane and it is rusting. In spite of the online declarations of high quality and long lasting, good looking products the reality is very different.
I have been offered a £5 gift voucher, which I have rejected. I would certainly not want another product from this company.

I ordered two Border Collies flower pot hanger for housewarming gift. I am very happy with the quality of the items; the metal is heavy and study covered with a good quality paint. The shape of the dog is beautiful with clear cut and detailed lines. Delivery came on time to my Canadian city.

My order was for my daughter in law who is very difficult to buy for, She absolutely loved it! Ordering was easy and the item arrived within the delivery period. It was well made and the perfect gift for someone who has an Italian greyhound called colin!

Hi, wasn't aware that goods were coming from China, however, my packages arrived safely within the 15 working days guidelines and were well packaged.
Delighted with the quality of the product. Would recommend.

The Roadbiker weathervane was delivered in good time and in good condition. It fits together well and looks very effective. I fitted it on my dad’s garden shed as he loves watching motorbike racing.

Ordered 3 different metal art pieces for birthday gifts. Knowing the parcel would come from China, I ordered in Feb for May birthdays. However, they arrived within a couple of weeks.
The metal items were well packaged and good quality and exactly as shown on the website. Really pleased with them, as I know the recipients will be too.

This website presents itself as a UK-based retailer, but my order was shipped directly from China with no clear disclosure at the time of purchase.
The invoice also showed a different seller name (“HobbyArt”), which was never mentioned during checkout. This raises concerns about who you are actually buying from.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered just a £5 partial refund, which does not reflect the issue. A full refund was refused.
In my view, this is a dropshipping operation presented as a UK-based business without proper transparency. I would not have purchased had this been made clear.
Buyers should be cautious and check the details carefully before ordering.
