New to Jellycat collecting since I adopted my daughter who desperately wants to collect them. I was recommended to try The Bear Garden and told they had the little bunny she so wanted.
Delighted to find they did have the bunny and the purchase was easy, I had updates as my order processed and it arrived safely and beautifully packaged - it was clear time and attention had been placed into making sure it arrived in excellent condition.
I emailed the Bear Garden to thank them, it’s not often you get good (dare I say old fashioned) customer service anymore ! Happy little girl happy mummy and we will be back for more.
I will always take my custom to smaller businesses who appreciate it and treat my purchase as if it matters to them as much to me.

Ordering was so easy because the website is clearly laid out. I bought a steiff rabbit and paid a bit extra for the steiff box. It was well worth paying the bit extra because it was absolutely beautifully wrapped. The package that was posted to me was so safely wrapped that it arrived very quickly in perfect condition. This is the second time I have ordered from the bear garden and it won’t be the last. The first time I ordered it was over the phone. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
