Good clear website and a good price …
It was easy to see on my laptop with all the relevant information clear to see. So a good website for me to use. The price was over £100 less than the premium quoted by my previous Insurer

Beam is great
Beam is great. With beam I am able to complete my assessments and write up case notes within a short period of time. Bean records even the smallest details I would sometimes not remember. I am one very happy customer and would recommend it to others too.

Easy to follow all the way through until I reached the bank verification. Had to pay over the phone in the end.
I wish ALL sites, not just this one, would bear in mind that not everyone owns a mobile phone.

I was speaking with Ema very pleasant &helpful i gave her all my AA policy problems i dont have a passport as i holiday in scotland,i have the old pink paper licence ,expiry date 21.09.35 so i gave her a code i recived from DVLA so they can check the licence for themselfs online so Emma will get back to me on monday morning with a result thanks Ema.

Worst experience of switching. One positive, great staff.
The whole process if switching to AABEAM has been tortuous
The one saviour are your staff....if you can bear to hold on for in excess of 1 hour.
I chose, bought and paid for car insurance.
I did not know what BEAM was. You suggest setting up an account. Did that but have never been successful in logging in.
The app: you suggest downloading the AA app (so is it AA or BEAM). Either app gets me no further to logging in. Tried again and again over a week.
NCD. Because I couldn't log in the very helpful person advised me to email proof. Did that but it was rejected a week later....hence the 1 hour on hold for help. Accept this proof, with hindsight was not sufficient.
Logging on: during the help call yesterday another kind and helpful man suggested we cancel the online account and start again after waiting a period of time. That was after 5pm yesterday. I am yet to try.
NCD. I have now emailed my full renewal invitation to the email given. You state 5 days for a reply.
If this is not acceptable and I cannot create an online account I will cancel with you and go elsewhere. Totally unacceptable. People do not have the hours this has taken just to buy their car insurance.
