Switching to Beam was quick and easy online. Price was excellent compared to the ridiculous increase from my previous insurer but in reality is what I would have expected to have paid. Time will tell what the service is like.

I dislike not receiving paperwork…

I dislike not receiving paperwork through the post.
I spend as little time on line as possible.
I have yet to trawl through all the information to find a contact number in the case of emergency.

Rubbish.

Downloaded documentation when purchaseing policy OK
downloaded documentation in link sent over the weekend Adobe will not open as it now requires 'Document Open Password' which I do not.
Why has access been changed.

Hi Ian, your password to open the documents can be found within the email the attachment was sent in. It will be your date of birth and postcode. So if you were born on the 1st July 1982 and your postcode is RG24 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg244ea. We hope you've managed to get this sorted since.

Found your quote online after being quoted a higher figure from my previous insurance Co.
Phoned and arranged although for some reason my address was entered incorrectly.
Rang back the next day and this was amended without any issues.
