Identity check messing around
I got confirmation of buying the car insurance and all the policy documents. Then you asked for an identity check with proof of address which I dont have because I have only just moved and am renting, so dont have tax documents, utility bills or bank statements with my new address on. I cant get these documents in the 7 day deadline you gave me and told me the insurance would be invalid if I dont. I am left with very little time to arrange an alternative. This is incredibly stressful and will be expensive if I have to find an alternative. There is no way to contact you and talk about this? Your AI chat bot is utterly useless and told me factually incorrect information and went round and round in circles. This is completely inadequate service.
