Nothing wrong yet, however I'll give accurate feedback if ever I need to make a claim. Hopefully I'll never find out if the claims procedure is hassle free. An insurance company cannot be rated on the sales process alone. After all I did all the work online, no input on their part.

Honestly nothing is more frustrating than waiting over 30 mins on 3 calls, only to be cut off or your phone call not answered, considing I had the patience to wait over 30 mins as requested by their automated system.
