Quality at an affordable price
Found this beautiful left side 3 drawer, 2 door high gloss vanity unit from Bathware Direct. Price was very reasonable, but more so was the quality and finish of the unit was perfect. Finding left hand drawer vanity units is difficult as my plumbing is on the right side.

We had a last minute change of colour…
We had a last minute change of colour for tapware. Our order was already packed but the wonderful staff member was able to get into our pallet and swap for our new choice....they were awesome!

Return as difficult as buying it is…
Return as difficult as buying it is still sitting in my yard. Waste of money and no assitance after sales is hopeless if you are interstate and you want to return any product. Do not buy otherwise you will be stuck with it.

Thanks for your review. You ordered sinks that you then realised wouldn't work for you. This is considered a change of mind and we agreed to doing a refund once you sent the items back. When a customer requests a refund for a change of mind item the responsibility is on the customer to return them to us and then we arrange a refund. As far as 'no assistance' goes I can see that our team emailed you the paperwork and explained the process to return so I can only assume that you are frustrated about us not arranging the return freight for you but it is very clearly outlined in our policies that this is the responsibility of the customer.
