Easy, friendly and fast to deal with.
We ordered two laundry tubs on a Thursday night, they arrived in Brisbane by Monday morning. There was some damage from the manufacturer, we were offered a discount or replacement and we opted for the replacement. This happened without a problem. They were very easy and friendly to deal with. We would buy the tubs again and would use Bathware Direct again.

We were able to pick up directly from the supplier which saved us time as well.

Great website.
Great website, helpful staff and a good business model.
Searched everywhere for a particular type of tap for the bathroom sink and found it here on Bathware Direct. Needed a few more dimensions- and customer service were unbelievably quick to oblige with that request. Price was excellent and product arrived a few days later. Excellent business. I tried to get two items delivered. They could only come as separate deliveries. I argued about this. In the end they came separately, and two toilet seats.

My order was filled promptly and delivered in the indicated time frame. One of the units was damaged in transit. I took pictures and emailed them, they replaced it and sent it out without fuss.
I would definitely recommend then and use them again.
