Service was great
Service was great. I have several questions and they we answered promptly. The projected manufacturing time was shorter than suggested. Collection was seamless. I could certainly recommend Bathroom Direct when you need anything for your bathroom.

The downside of this is that we have less control over the freight process but there is no reason that you shouldn't have received better communication. Our records reflect that it was delivered two days after it was ordered but I can see you asked about it after that. No fuss returns
When the basin was broken upon delivery, the quick response from the email was what had us at hello. The change over was easy, thanks to owner lady at bathroom direct (polite and easy to talk to).
Very happy with the experience, will be ordering from them again soon😊

First time buyer and very pleased.
I needed a safety hand rail for my shower and after looking at different sites I chose Bathware Direct as I found the best range.
I ordered online which was very easy and was kept up to date with my delivery date, all went well and I’m very pleased with my hand rail.
If I need anything in the future I would definitely go straight to Bathware Direct.
