Excellent customer service
This store was the only store we could find brass/ gold enclosure at a reasonable price. From the initial phone I was sold with the personal service and genuine customer care. The delivery came a week earlier than I expected and the tracking service they use reflects their customer care. It's so cool I knew where I was on the list of deliveries so I didn't have to wait in all day I could see the driver was in Howth so wouldn't be long before he got to me how thoughtful. Bathroom Store lives up to expectations
Bathroom Store made clear that deliveries could be affected by global supply, and yet service was reasonably fast. Goods ordered contained glass and it was handled with due care and left in a safe area as per request in my absence. Overall, a very good experience, and very competitive too. Will do business again and would recommend to a friend.

excellent service & a good quality product
I ordered a 1.2m long stainless steel shower drain on Wednesday night and I had it early on Friday morning, this was good because it did not hold up the job. The product itself was well made and had the correct falls within to drain properly, a well made strong product. I just picked up a standard fitting EPRC112 in a 'builders providers' to connect to the 40mm waste and it all worked out perfect.

I bought a shower enclosure from them and it came well wrapped up with all the necessary parts. It is also pretty easy to clean and the parts look quite solid. Let's hope it lasts but looks promising!

Very dissappointed with the shower door…
Very dissappointed with the shower door that we ordered. It was supposed to be a 700 by 700 quadrant door but when it arrived it measured 650mm by 660mm and does not fit on the tray correctly. I also waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered having been told when I bought it that I would have it the next week. I do not recommend using this company.
