I feel completely ignored; Bathshack clearly doesn't value their customers' feedback

Brenda was very helpful and responsive in providing feedback and support. Spare parts were promptly ordered and despatched with minimal fuss.

Quick delivery and quality product really pleased with the over all service .

Had excellent service from start to finish. Darren was very helpful adding on to our order to avoid additional delivery fees. Delivery was quick and very efficient. Items purchased are perfect and fabulous quality.

I visited Bathshack today with my husband, the staff members were very polite and knowledgeable in helping us with our choices .They had patience in abundance, and would definitely recommends a visit there if looking to update bathroom or looking for a bargain. I’m now back communicating through trustpilot. I ordered a bath, which originally didn’t get delivered. Only received communication once I posted on a bad review on trustpilot and then was advised my bath would be delivered this Thursday and when it arrived the delivery driver couldn’t carry it because he was on his own. He had to get help to have it unloaded. We then noticed that the bathtub had no legs and were told that the legs would be posted out to this address which is a building site. Again reached out to bathshack and have heard nothing back. So can you please get in touch? Thank you

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. Waiting on a shower since last week as it wasn’t in stock. Was promised to have it on Monday, promised again yesterday that would definitely have it this morning ( Friday), no sign and we are now without a shower for the weekend. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They were proactive in helping me find what I needed, and suggested products based on our awkwardly placed window. I could very easily have shopped somewhere else, but the continuation of service after my visit to the showroom meant I had a "person" (Chantelle) to speak to rather than buying online. It made all the difference. You can't take delivery in Northern Ireland for granted either.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ian on customer support who dealt with my issue of changing an item ...he was very helpful,professional and solved my issue very swiftly to put me at ease ...I refurbished my bathroom with products I purchased from bathshack because of there extensive range and options and also there quality products and quality prices cannot be beaten and for me personally customer service within a company is very important if there are any issues and bathshack have set the standards and I look forward to shopping again with them in the near future so thank you to the bathshack team and special thanks to Ian

Excellent service I ordered a pump on Wednesday from them in Northern Ireland & it arrived the following Sunday.

Chantelle was absolutely amazing went out of her way to pick up on our order, her customer service was excellent and I felt like she actually cared about the purchase rather than just the financial gain, she left me in Dave’s capable hands for the end of the purchase and I honestly couldn’t recommend the guys enough, both very helpful and lovely 😀

There was initially a technical error with my order but after speaking to Brenda in customer service she was on it! She identified the problem and then offered a solution. It was great to work with a customer service advisor who used their initiative.

All items were of excellent quality and very good value. One item needed returned and this was processed quickly with no issues. I would definitely recommend.

I went to the bathshack in Boucher road belfast. The sales assistant Brendan was top stars. He was amazing; took his time, knew what we wanted without needing to know much, lovey communication skills snd just was overly a lovely sales person. When your not entirely sure of what you want and need professional guidance I would recommend Brendan. We left the store feeing undrstood and valued.
