Overall a good experience
Overall, very good to deal with. The only issue I had was with the order tracking which didn't correspond to the delivery date. There was a gap of almost 2 weeks which was quite confusing. I would absolutely use the site again though as the goods arrived in perfect condition & the courier company were very prompt once they received my items.

Very bad experience this time
This is first time the products ie 2 sofas were very bad quality and not same colour as online photos. Huge hassle trying to return and still no refund even though sofas collected over a week ago. Not good! I gave bought several storage beds and other items and not had a problem till now but this has been a disaster.

Sofa was delivered very fast, assembly needed for sofa bed though, but easy enough to put together, for the price it's not bad quality, I ike the size plenty of room if your very tall, neg side, I like more padding though,no harm adding an extra mattress padding on top for sleeping on. But still would recommend sofa bed looks nice modern.
