Absolutely appaling customer service service
Absolutely appaling customer service. Spent a fortune on goods, one item faulty, Bathroom Store need manager to sort. Manager is always away/in a meeting conveniently. Never get a return call. Currently have solicitor on the case. Will be going to small claims court.

Useless company,I would never use this company again,any contractors that have ordered stock from these for a job they are doing are better off getting there money back,I ordered and paid for a vanity unit with sink 6 weeks ago,after 3 weeks a female member of staff told me they would have it the following week,week 4 came and a different person told me they wudn have it for a few days as there was a stock check going on and promised I would have it the following week,got an email to say my ordered was coming In last Tues and delivered today Friday or would I like to drive to dundalk to collect it early,I decided to just let it get delivered,the job was finished 2 weeks prior,no sign of the delivery today,got on the phone only to be put on hold,came back to me saying he was looking for transport manager who was on lunch and would ring me back soon,no sign of phone call so had to call them back only to be put on to someone else that informed me that my order would be ready till the 3rd week in Jan, and only solution they gave me was a refund, i ask them when were they going to let me know my order wasnt coming,this company are king of the excuses and the worse customer services ever,now I have to try and explain to my costomer that in probability they won't have a bathroom sink this side of xmas,if anyone is thinking of using this company don't,unless you have weeks to spare...I should have read all the reviews before I ordered and paid..never again
