We have used Bathroom Mountain many times to supply our plumbing and heating company. We recently had a warranty issue and Waleed in customer service handled our issue very promptly to ensure our customer was left happy. Excellent service and will continue to use them

The toilet is really lovely, looks great, suits our period home very well, looks classy. Timely delivery, and all boxes delivered in good order. However, the cistern lid had cracked through unfortunately. Emailed customer services straight away (late afternoon) , got a response back within a hour , with a further email from Kelsey the following morning. A replacement lid has been issued. Really pleased, with a quick delivery so that the bathroom fitter isnt held up completing the job (or we lose the fitter to another job) . Great customer service, it is such a relief, really happy. the toilet itself is a really lovely design, looks great.

Waliya helped me with a replacement shower seal for the newly installed screen. The first seal didn’t appear to be the right fit and finding replacements online due to panel around glass is difficult to find. I appreciate your help Waliya.

I recently ordered several items from Bathroom Mountain for our bathroom renovation, including a bathroom mirror, shower screen, and tap waste. I’m really pleased with the products and they look beautiful now they’re being installed.
Unfortunately, once the mirror was fitted and the protective film removed, I noticed a small mark on the mirror surface. I contacted customer services and Tim was extremely helpful. Once I explained the situation, he arranged a replacement which arrived the very next day and the new mirror is perfect.

Fast delivery

Exceptional service. Ordered bathroom furniture over a month ago. When fitters got it into bathroom and unwrapped bath there was a crack in it. Replacement arrived next day and damaged bath picked up. Staff very helpful in Stoke on Trent store too
