Fastest delivery from Bathroom Mountain however mirror arrived damaged (not front) but side panels of mirror was cracked.

I spoke with 'Muqaddis' who was especially helpful in resolving my issue through their customer service helpline and email.

Very quick response and was eager to assist with my queries in a professional and concise manner. Mirror was made with good materials and customer service was excellent!

Great shower with fast delivery. The only issue is the larger head keeps rising, like a hydraulic motion, and will only stop once it hits the ceiling (overhang!) no matter how tight we restrain it. If you can help, please do! Customer service not been contacted

I ordered a bathroom suite but under a year later I noticed a hairline crack appear in the basin. I contacted Bathroom mountain and spoke to a lovely lady called Charlotte. She has instantly replaced the basin and it's being delivered tomorrow. Excellent customer service

Great service from Bathroom Mountain. Very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend this company to everyone. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Good products. Delivery was an issue as pieces were missing and it took a further two deliveries to complete and on the third delivery the tap I ordered was out of stock.

I will never buy from Bathroom Mountain again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
My advice to others is to think carefully before ordering from this company. In my experience, their returns terms and conditions make it extremely difficult to return items. The wording is very complex, and it feels like customers have little chance of a successful return.

I noticed something a little confusing with the product reviews on your website and wanted to bring it to your attention.

I recently bought a shower screen that showed a rating of 4.8 stars based on 120 reviews, which gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing it. However, when I clicked to read the reviews, the page displayed "No reviews found." I also wanted to leave a product review myself, but I couldn't find any option to do so.

Could you please explain how a product can show 120 reviews while the review page says there are no reviews? It seems like both can't be correct, so I wondered if there might be a technical issue.

Overall, I was happy with the shop and found the customer service to be excellent. My only disappointment is that I don't seem to have a way to leave a product review (rather than just a shop review).

The shower screen I purchased has what I believe is a significant design issue, and I think it would be helpful if customers could share their experiences. That way, future buyers can make a more informed purchasing decision.

Website is clunky and not fantastic to use however customer service was very good so a 5* review just for that.

Great company very pleasant staff.After speaking to Muqaddis today she resolved a mistake I had made on my order sourced the correct part and is allowing me to send the part of my order back for a refund. Refreshing to find a company who are on the ball and put me as a customer first. Brilliant!

My experience has been great. Both Kerry and Minahil were fantastic in helping me with my order when an item was out of stock. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated with ETAs throughout. They even waived the additional delivery charge, which was greatly appreciated. 10/10!
