Visited Bathroom Mountain in Southampton today on the suggestion of our bathroom fitter - wow, what a huge selection! Sat down with one of their very helpful advisors for a preliminary discussion on what may or may not be possible and came away with some ideas ... it's definitely a process!

The delivery chaps were amazing, unfortunately part of order was missing but Sajeel has dealt with the problem promptly and hopefully we should hear back within 48 hrs thank you.

I experienced a technical glitch on the website while trying to purchase radiators during a limited-time sale. Even though the system showed an order confirmation screen, the transaction was somehow cancelled just after the promotion ended. I reached out to customer service and Sajeel handled my case brilliantly. After reviewing my screenshot, he immediately honored the original discounted price as a gesture of goodwill and created a custom quote for me to easily finalize the purchase. Excellent communication, very professional approach, and a company that truly values its customers. Highly recommended!

I did have an issue with a product which wasn't quickly resolved with Customer Services, but Gina from Quality Management stepped in and resolved the issue easily. This is a company that cares about customers and will do what they can to resolve any problems. Can recommend!

Superb service and tiles are top quality, turned out a lot nicer than I thought when finished. The white matt tiles really brightens up the house with very surtle pattern so not too flat and plain.

The basin/vanity unit is great, exactly as shown and described, very good quality too. The prices are reasonable and delivery time excellent. Thanks!

Great descriptions on the website helps purchase, was great price vs. retail stores. All arrived on time but some boxes had chipped on corners. I contacted customer service and it was all dealt with quickly, fairly and without argument so great experience and I'd recommend and use them again

I had a problem with my shower as one of the parts were broken, however when I contacted Bathroom Mountain via email to get this sorted, Haider quickly helped get everything resolved and new parts sent out next day. Very happy with the service I received from Haider.
