I bought two tops one tab I bought by mistake trying to return it. I’m having trouble thank you.

Superb service and tiles are top quality, turned out a lot nicer than I thought when finished. The white matt tiles really brightens up the house with very surtle pattern so not too flat and plain.

The basin/vanity unit is great, exactly as shown and described, very good quality too. The prices are reasonable and delivery time excellent. Thanks!

Great descriptions on the website helps purchase, was great price vs. retail stores. All arrived on time but some boxes had chipped on corners. I contacted customer service and it was all dealt with quickly, fairly and without argument so great experience and I'd recommend and use them again

Best price online, prompt delivery and excellent product

I had a problem with my shower as one of the parts were broken, however when I contacted Bathroom Mountain via email to get this sorted, Haider quickly helped get everything resolved and new parts sent out next day. Very happy with the service I received from Haider.

The workers and sales are excellent - cannot be faulted

The delivery service is truly terrible - one order disappeared for days and the central office of the delivery company had no idea where it was. When the tiles arrived. there were broken ones, and I lost the chance of a refund as the builders never opened the package until after deadline.

Also - they delivered the wrong taps and the builders fitted them - but I realised they were wrong as no shower riser I paid for came and was not on the photos the builders sent me - so I had to order a new tap and a riser again as BM said it was too late to make a claim.

I can't recomment personally on logistics of delivery - a shame as the sales persons are working professionally

Zurich Easy Clean Brushed Brass Framed Bath Screen - 800mm - there is no option to leave a review on the website under the product which has fake 5 star reviews and it leaks. I don't recommend to buy this shower screen.

This is really nice quality. I doubted if the flush would be any good because it all looked small and plastic but it works really well, better than most. You can seeand feel its good quality.

Brought a mirror with light and demister and it’s stopped working after 8 months, they made up untrue claims to get out of honouring the year guarantee which when challenged on they just stopped replying, would not recommend
