Company & products are fine but the website is a pain & mobile phone unfriendly-needs sorting.

Great price for L shaped bath and quick delivery. But after removing the packaging we realised the bath had a few pin hole air marks and small ruff area. We contacted Minahil at Bathroom mountain who dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Because we couldn’t wait for a replacement which was offered for next day delivery we accepted a partial refund for the damage. Not great that the bath came with manufacturing defects but happy with how it was handled.

Customer service very good. Returns policy not so good. Damaged items must be reported 48 hours after delivery - and no returns if installation has begun. A small bubble on the surface of a bath which was part of a full bathroom purchase was not spotted until the installation began a week after purchase as it was difficult to see. This is not good enough.

Bought a showerhead that developed a hairline crack after 1 year of use. Tamveel from customer service replied same day on a Sunday to confirm replacement issued. The new showerhead arrived 2 days later. Excellent backup service.

Trying to source a replacement door seal for a Munich Matt enclosure. Tried a number of shower seal companies on line without success. AI search showed Munich Matt in-house brand for Bathroom Mountain. Sent Bathroom Mountain details and photos of the required replacement. Waliya has been thorough in checking requirements and has successfully got the required seal.

I ordered a vanity unit and sink which arrived quickly but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I sent photos of the damage and a replacement was sent with no issues.
This is a properly professional company and would definitely recommend. I will be using again

Customer service te are amazing especially SABA who dealt with my issues very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic team and good quality products. Trevor in Orpington store helped me think through design options. Although the Basin tap would not operate correctly. Harmain was very helpful with trying to rectify the isssue. Kelsey attempted to arrange a replacement but it remained out of stock. Sajeel then arranged for similar item to be shipped out overnight, with price increased waived as a goodwill gesture. The whole team has been super responsive and helpful. On delivery the basin sink was broken, delivery team contacted the office, sent photos and arrange for a replacement to be sent out within a day. Accidents may happen but how the company responded made a huge difference. This is the second bathroom refit I have done in 18 months using their stock and no other issues. Everything else arrived perfectly and looked beautiful once installed.
