Item was delivered 2days late very disappointed after having to pay £30 delivery fee and packaging was ripped open so obviously not handled well. Fed up of constant emails asking to review how well you’ve done.. you haven’t

I’m very happy with the communication from this company, especially when some items were out of stock. They were also quick to offer replacements and helped me choose something else. I really appreciated the prompt, efficient service, and I’ll definitely order from them again. In particular, I was impressed with the service from Muqaddis, excellent support throughout.

First mirror I purchased was broken in transit. The second one arrived but the internal glass shelves were shattered with accessories missing. I didn't have the strength to receive another mirror and deal with the waste but Junaid from customer support offered the full refund. Giving 4 stars for really great customer service.

Hello , as a Contractor and housebuilder I have used yourselves many times over the years but over the last couple of years have had issues with items arriving either broken or missing . This used to be fine as the initial delivery was quick and subsequent replacement delivery also being quick . However , from point of order, it is usually at least a week to us , then a replacement can easily be another 2 weeks . I have just put in an initial order on 21st July and still don't not have the washbasin yet on 11th August . I am told the issue is the use of third party couriers . Most other online bathroom suppliers we use reach us in 3 to 4 days .

I ordered the wrong size shower tray cancelled the order and had a full refund within hours amazing service.

Waliya was quick to respond to my warranty issue and arranged for a replacement shower cartridge to be sent out the same day to arrive next day.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Lovely products.

Goods arrived quickly and were mostly a nice quality however I am marking them down for a ridiculous returns system or rather lack of. Now they are withholding money for a missing button on a wc unit that was never unpacked. No paperwork as proof you have returned anything so you have to take a photo at the warehouse. This doesn't initiate any return of money you then have to contact them again with your photos !
