Helpful advice given toliet looks and works great would recommend bathroom Mountain

Ordered 2 radiators.
Paid for 2 radiators.
Delivery date arrived and no radiators.
Email sent as to ascertain what went wrong and the following day received a reply to say they ARE out of stock. Not that they WERE out of stock when I ordered and paid for them. Leading me to the conclusion that the low numbers in stock were sold to another customer, leaving me shy of two radiators with no communication until I asked what went wrong.
I was however, offered replacements, so chose those instead to guess what..??

Yup also out of stock.

You honestly couldn't make it up.

13 emails to discover that all suitable radiators were not in stock and to FINALLY achieve a full and complete refund. Find another store, better radiators delivered in 48hrs with better comms.

Certainly would not recommend or think of using in future.

Everything was good apart from there was a vent blank missing

The mirror looks cheap and poorly made. It is clearly a low-quality item that is absolutely not worth the price. The "gold-look" finish is poorly executed, with visible fine scratches. The lighting is very dim. I do not recommend it! I cannot return the item because I would have to pay for return shipping myself, and we also damaged the box. I regret spending so much money on this mirror… I bought a mirror for £380, and later saw similar ones for half the price… I was upset. By the way, the doors slam shut very loudly, and the central mirrored section doesn't open. There are wires sticking out inside, and the overall design isn't attractive at all… Also, in the ad, the mirror has rounded corners, but in reality, they are square and don't look good. It's misleading.

Absolutely appalling service with no communication between seller and buyer. Ordered a radiator that wasn’t actually in stock however was not made aware of this on the website and was made to look like it was available and therefore let me purchase.As a result of this the delivery date kept getting pushed back and wasn’t until I queried it was I then informed that the radiator has not been in stock and wouldn’t come until 2 months later. In other words bathroom mountain took my money and we’re never planning on actually delivering my radiator nor letting me know about the situation.

MUQADDIS Was excellent when dealing with my rerurn outside of the policy and very prompt when responding - I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending the company.

Narish was lovely and sorted the refund out very quickly.she stayed on the phone checked the email proof of return and refunded the money back

It was disappointing to receive my vanity unit damaged on delivery, obviously damaged in transit .
An email to Customer Services with photographs of damage, and a chat with Tim from Customer Services saw a replacement unit delivered the following morning.

The toilet for our new bathroom was originally out of stock. I noticed to today it was back in stock and a 5 min call to Charlotte resulted in a delivery scheduled for the next working day. Very efficient and pleased with the customer service experienced
