The product was delivered quickly and was put in my hall way as my parents are elderly and couldn’t lift it. I have only
Just unpacked the product and put it up this weekend it is chipped and a scratched where corner protections were on it. Disappointed as past claim period.

I bought two shower enclosures bathroom…

I bought two shower enclosures bathroom cabinet plus lots of accessories on my latest purchase. On one of the enclosures my bathroom fitter said that the door on the hinged panel didn’t have a great water repellent and said change it. We put it all back in the box and taped it all up then we contacted BW to organise a return and they said they wouldn’t accept the return as they said they couldn’t resell it. Therefore I have a new £360 shower enclosure plus I had already purchased a replacement with them SO OUT OF POCKET!! Never use again!

Excellent customer service from…

Excellent customer service from Bathroom Mountain. We needed to arrange a return that was outside of the standard return window, every member of staff we spoke to (instore & online) were just brilliant. So helpful and very understanding. Would 100000% recommend and would happily purchase again with Bathroom Mountain in the future!

Arrived damaged

Arrived damaged, because it had been over 5 days from delivery I had it right out of the box and noticed the damage,they wouldn't take a return. Customer service was poor

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. From the very first contact, they were professional, reliable and extremely helpful.
