Easy to deal with and arrived on time

Excellent service, brilliant courier service. Products a bit underwhelming - a ( not waterproof ) bathroom cabinet grew mould when it became damp and the waterproof one had panels that bowed a bit.

Ordered our radiators online and the delivery was really quick. Delivered on a Sunday as well which was a good surprise. We did have an issue with some valves damaged in transit. We unfortunately received a bathroom mirror that arrived damaged/faulty, but Abdul handled the situation brilliantly from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, professional and quick to get everything resolved, including arranging a full refund for us without any unnecessary hassle.

Mussab was brilliant. I have had an issue trying to order a radiator and everyone else has been soo unhelpful. I was so fed up today and was about to use mother company but Mussab was very understanding and helpful. Fingers crossed I can get to order tomorrow when in stock.

The radiator is wonderful (who knew that radiators were that expensive - but they are!) We didn;t use the 'legs' as they were slightly thinner than normal copper but we got black covers so they work well. The delivery was amazingly quick
