I bought stuff for my kids back in april (paid for the extra shipping to get them by easter) I knew i wasnt going to receive my items in time but pretty close after to suprise the kids. Well 15 days for shipping is after they make the item so you dont know how long that part is going to take. All my items came within the time exept my sons shortsleeve shirt, which they told me it was going to take 2 more weeks because they were out of stock, and i waited bc my son really wanted it. I gave them another 4 weeks before i contacted them asking where my item was, never in the 4 weeks did they get ahold of me. I just got an email on 6-22( 4 months) after my order for them to tell me sorry i cant furfill your order but heres a store credit. A credit to order something from a site that has no communication.. no thank you. Good quality but very slow on shipping and no communication about your order.

Never received my order! They took my money on 5/4/2026. I have called them 5 times!

I returned my grandsons birthday present, their return department has had my return for 3 weeks. When checking on replacement , I get the same response “ waiting on the return department to process the return”. So frustrated…

I am not happy with Baller Lifestyle at all.
I ordered 4 things from their website on April 20th and I have not received anything. Just watching in my shop app that it is still waiting for details. Not preparing ,Not Shipping Nothing.

Horrible! It took over 2 months to get my order. Zero communication from the website and the products are just okay. Save your money and do not order from them. Better products are out there!

Spent $60 for it to be delivered to wrong address, not their fault. The delivery company took a picture of it cleary being delivered to a someplace with multiple mailboxes. I live in a single home with a mailbox. All they have to do is look at the pics of delivery and Google my address to see it is not correct. They are making it impossible to resend the item out by asking same questions multiple times and using every excuse in the book to not but up front. $60 order that they probably spen$8-$15 to make and they are putting up a gripe

Baller lifestyle will sell out of stock apparel without telling the customer it’s out of stock. They do not provide shipping dates to the customer or give the customer estimates of any shipping dates whatsoever for the out of stock items. Customer service is slow and only replied to my emails about the order. I did not know the item was out of stock until I inquired several weeks after I placed the order.

I placed an order for shorts on march 9th. Emailed company they told me they ran out of fabric for the shorts it will ship shortly. I finally got my order after 3 weeks . I placed multiple orders for my daughter on march 9th still haven’t received my purchase nor do I get an email
Back on the status of my order. It doesn’t seem like this company can keep up with the demand. The company excuses are ridiculous. If you’re going to run a business selling clothing then you probably should have these products available. Poor port business along with customer service. After this I will

Placed order 3/5/26. I have emailed the company several times trying to get an update. I was told the fabric for the shorts was "delayed" but was not given any kind of timeline for shipment. I have reached out several times since that point with no response. Upon investigating, this seems to be a common trend for this company. I have posted on FB post and posted on their FB account looking for an update. Luckily I paid with shop pay, so I am opening a dispute to get my money back. They continue to add these "need styles" to their website, but can't seem to ship what they already have listed. I would highly suggest to take your money elsewhere. $100 for clothes I never received, and the lack of updates is insane.

I ordered 2/14/26 (Pink Camo sets/sweaters) no update was given and I was informed the estimated times of shipment were posted on their website (I never saw this). I followed up on 2/24 & 2/26 with no response, until 2/27 saying their estimated fulfillment dates were expected to be 3/3/26. I waited until 3/11/26 to inquire for an update, as I still had not recieved an update and the timeframe from when I placed the order was approaching a months time. On 3/12/26 I was informed that the fabric needed was delayed, but that they were hoping it would be in early next week (3/19/26-3/20/26). On 3/16/26 I asked if there was any update on the fabric needed and if it was not recorded this week how to go about requesting a cancellation/refund. On 3/18/26 I was informed they could start the cancellation and refund process, if I wanted, so on 3/19/26 I requested to cancel el my order and requested a refund.
I think communication goes a long way. I expressed being excited for this order and I am sure the store realized with few times I reached out for an update. I wish it was more transparent on the websites that the fulfillment dates are not guaranteed and turn around times are not quick. I would have refrained from ordering the items I had. I am sure this is no money lost in what they make daily, but my experience was not great, which I’ll probably not return as a customer. The clothes look really great in the website, so we are bummed we didn’t receive our order.

I ordered the ice cream pants for my son for his birthday. I ordered them in the beginning of August and they didn’t even come until the middle of September. 6 or 7 weeks later!!! I did not get an invoice or an email until I reached out to them several times. however, when we did get them, the fabric had a misprint. It had two different prints on it which clearly was not supposed to look like that. I emailed customer service several times, they reached out to me and said that they would refund me if I mailed it back. The reason I didn’t mail it back is because Facebook reviews show that the return process is a nightmare and refunds are a nightmare. I did not want to send it back and never get my refund. Especially due to how long it took to get the pants and get any communication from them! Terrible company! Im out $45 plus dollars. My son won’t wear the pants due to looking weird with the print.
