Do not purchase anything from this scamming company! On June 15, 2026 I ordered 3 pair of leggings that originated from an add on Instagram. On June 24, 2026, I requested a valid tracking number because the one issued still showed no movement. I did not receive a response. I contacted them again on today June 27, 2026, still no response! I am contacting my credit card holder to issue a fraud alert and I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

No compression of any kind. Just regular leggings. It took over 3 weeks to receive. I kept forgetting I had ordered them and would go check tracking. And if you go to actual page it won't let you leave a review there. Do not waste your money!!

Unable to contact company, weather a phone number or email. Also I bought a 29$ pair of leggings and my bill came to 60$ total. That excluded tax and shipping, why so much for shipping???? I would not recommend this company for any product they sell. They take the liberty to charge you any amount they want for shipping. There is no way to comuacate with them. They are scamming everyone. Be very cautious of them.

I just have to say "Thank you so much, Trust Pilot!" I watched their ad and was ready to order but then I thought of Trust Pilot. I'm sure you kept me from being scammed! By reading the reviews, I was able to decide that I want nothing to do with this scamming company!

I think this company is a complete scam. My order was never sent and the "so called" tracking number is false. I tried emailing and received no response. I called the customer service number and it's not a valid contact number. I subsequently initiated a credit card dispute to get my $$ returned. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

If I could give Vitaliaina a -10 stars I would this company do not deliver anything. They are just taking people money. My $80.58 need to be returned to me because you didn't send me my product. I purchase was made on May 27, 2026. and Today June 21,2026 no prodcut receive. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK.

Scam!!!!!! Do not order through this company. They do not reply to emails. They said my order was sent but the tracking number was false. It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order. No further contact from this company.

I purchased my leggings from there and had confirmed the size chart before purchasing. Not to mention I always normally buy size small, however these leggings don’t stretch well enough at the hips area and instead become see-through. That will not fly, so for the last week I’ve emailed support@vitaliaina a few times about getting the required approval to return the two leggings for an exchange of a larger size (next size up as medium) and have not gotten any type of reply. I know time is of the essence, not to mention having to come out of pocket for shipping costs which isn’t ideal. But there seems to be no urgency on the merchant side in responding at least 24-48 hrs from their customer contact. There’s not even a valid phone number available for contacting this merchant for return or exchange requests.

Your company is a scam! But your gonna pay!

I ordered three pair of the compression leggings on June 9th. Then I received an email confirming my order that said if I had any questions, I could either reply to that email, or send questions to support@vitaliaina - I have done both…multiple times.
I tried to track my package, to find it was a fake tracking number. And I have had absolutely no reply to FIVE emails.
I have disputed the order with my credit card.
Word to the wise - Avoid ordering from this “company”.

Ordered pants May 19,2026. Last week sent me an email asking for review on the pants. If I had not received, check back in 7 days. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Now all I want is to return when they do finally come. 🤦🏻‍♀️I would have given a zero for my opinion if possible !!!!

I order two of these leggings four weeks ago I have not received anything. I’ve been trying to contact a Customer Service with no availability no answer there’s a phone number 347-985-6019 and it’s not working. This company must be very shady as I read other reviews.

I ordered June 2nd, their tracking claims to have delivered on the 10th but nothing arrived and they have not replied to any of my many emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered this product and have not received it. I tried to email the company and the email address was not valid. I am able to access website but unable to contact anyone using the information provided. Total SCAM! Do NOT order their products

Ordered some leggings from them and no order.seems that this isn’t a real company. Somebody better give me my money back.

This company is a total scam. Fake phone number for customer service. Fake tracking numbers. The DOJ needs to investigate them for federal crimes including mail fraud.

This company absolutely sucks. They put out bogus tracking numbers and say you package has been delivered and it never does arrive. Phone number is not in service and zero response to emails.
