If I could give them a negative I would. The shoes arrived after weeks of waiting, they are not authentic adidas, the velcro strap is faulty, they refused to take responsibility and gave some ridiculous excuse of me not meeting their computer generated timelines as I was overseas when they asked for video evidence which I said I would get to them promptly on my return.

Shoes didn't fit. Shop responded very late to return request, made up ridiculous conditions for return and didn't mention required donation. Shoes were sent back and shop refused any refund. This shop is not trustworthy, do not order there.

Ignore you’re emails then suddenly start answering after weeks saying it’s a seven day policy don know how they are allowed to operate steer clear luckily I’ve been reimbursed by the company I bought through which in surprised they put their name to this appaling company been going on since march was

Avoid at all cost!
Quality is actually poor. But by the time you realise, they ask you to cut them and provide a video of proof before they give the refund. Or they ask you to take it to a charity shop and also provide a video of proof. Really weird and inconvenient.

This site is not a good site and then they also lie about the delivery time. It say 4-6 days or 5-8 days but it’s been 22 days and my package is still in the same spot

Small fit, too late to return as arrived whilst away and policy is 7 days.Tried to sell on Adidas Samba Jane only to discover they are counterfeit.

Achtung, ich kann vom Kauf über diesen Anbieter nur abraten. Ich habe mir Adidas Schuhe bestellt, die mir leider nicht gepasst haben. Ich habe sofort ein Widerrufformular ausgefüllt und um die Rückabwicklungsdaten gebeten. Aber eine Rücknahme wurde auch nach mehrfachen Bitten und E-Mail-Verkehr kategorisch abgelehnt und ist nicht möglich, weil kein Mangel an dem eigentlichen Produkt vorliegt. Auch über PayPal war keine Rückerstattung möglich.Sehr ärgerlich, bei Schuhen die 90 € gekostet haben und nicht getragen werden können. Ich habe es sehr bereut, dort bestellt zu haben.

Don't do it! It is a scam! They will send you some fake shoes and not give you a refund. They will tell you that they will give you another pair but you have to jump through hoops to get them

If I could give this company ZERO I would. I WISH I had read the reviews first and I in fact thought I had. Perhaps I stumbled across a different company with a similar name. Regardless, the box arrived smashed, shoes looked okay but one size too small. Have had months of back and forth with different requests. The final one is the absolute pits TELLING ME what to do with the shoes. As if they have the right to tell me what to do with a pair of shoes I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. They are thieves, liars and should be SHUT DOWN. The 4.5 rating of Shopify is FAKE. Do not buy from this company.

They are simply thieves. They wasted my time for long time. I bought a samba shoes. It was the wrong size. I asked for replacement. They first asked me to send a picture of my wife wearing it which I did. Then they asked me to go and donate it to a charity shop and take a picture of it of the receipt and a video showing me you're donating it, which I did but after that, they said oh oh 7 -day policy is exceeded. Bunch of liars

I wish I had read the reviews first. Bought Samba Janes and was informed by a friend that they arent genuine. I tried to cancel and customer service advised they had been dispatched and assured me they were genuine. When they arrived they were clearly not genuine box was all bashed and the trainers were cheap plastic type material. Immediately contacted customer service to try and return and was ignored. 3 weeks and still nothing. They have also ignored PayPal after I raised a dispute. Thats £62 lost. AVOID!!!!

Same as everyone else. DO NOT BUY! They do not abide by Consumer Law hiding behind Company policy. They closed my request for a returns address for a refund and basically said tough. BUT. Do nor give up - I just kept emailing and yesterday a refund just appeared in my Bank Account. I had started a chargeback but I was also about to open a Winding Up Order as they were refusing to send me a returns address I could.only come to the conclusion that they were unable to refund me due to not having the money. So please all dont give up. Keep going at them - totally immoral outfit.

Do not order from this company! I would give a zero rating if I could. I placed an order on May 30th and it's now July 7th and have yet to receive my order! The tracking info isn't even up to date, their support team can't even help me track my order, and there is no customer service phone number to contact this company!

They are a scam company. They sent the wrong size and defective product. They asked for videos, which I sent. They then asked me to go through a ridiculous return process but then stated that if I send a video showing I destroyed the shoes (cut the strap), they would issue a refund. I did so, they confirmed receipt and stated a refund was issued - but it wasn't.

They also LIED to PayPal when I filed a claim.

I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Received a faulty item, was told in order to get I refund, I had to drop the trainers into a charity shop, taking pictures to prove I had. I did that and was then told I missed the deadline. So no refund and no product that I paid £80 for. They basically said tough luck, end of story, their decision is final. HORRENDOUS

Don’t buy here. Didn’t receive them. First I got a message that they’ve not been able to deliver, then waited long for a new attempt. Never received them and they don’t respond to my email or instagram message. Also all photos of the samba Jane adidas are gone from their account. Weird…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Zero mark if I could. I am UK based and i wish I had checked reviews, I could kick myself. Will NOT refund unless proof shown for donation to charity (could not find one that would give a headed receipt) Got back to them, they said cut straps, show evidence, will get full refund in credit note OR replacement.

I ordered 2 pair of Samba Jane, I need to return, I have been emailing to email on their site, I am getting no response, have no idea where to return.
I am now emailing daily.
They are diabolical.

Horrible. All around horrible. Shoes never received. Asked for a refund, still waiting on refund. Ordered April 27th now it’s June 29th. Just don’t all around.

If anyone is considering buying from this company, don’t. If you have already, contact your bank or PayPal for a charge back.
I bought the adidas samba from them
Before reading the reviews. 12hrs after purchase, I emailed to cancel the order. Their reply was “we have a very fast turnaround and they have already been send” I immediately raised a dispute with PayPal and they temporary refunded my money while they investigated. Around 2 weeks later the shoes arrived at my door and I refused delivery. Around 5 days after this, PayPal closed the case in my favour and the temporary refund was made permanent.
To anyone who has bought these fakes and not received refunds, fight back! Raise disputes with your card provider or PayPal. You have 120 days from purchase to do so and it’s so easy to do! They are selling fakes and they are breaching UK consumer laws.
