Amazing service by this company. I needed 2 custom sized mattresses for a custom sized bunk beds. Not only did they make exceptional quality mattresses for me with fitted sheets and waterproof protectors, but also they were very helpful and responsive to my needs when I asked them not to ship my order with yodel (they used hermes instead which was great). Communication was great, they replied to every message and let me know the status of my order. Yes, the order was not cheap but you should expect to pay for great quality.
Overall, I am very happy with Baby mattresses online service and would recommend them to anybody looking for high quality kids mattresses in custom sizes.

Absolutely excellent service-knowledgeable and helpful. Really good quality mattress and sheets. We needed a new mattress urgently for the family cot , and they made and delivered a bespoke size within a week, complete with bespoke sheets.

I purchased a bespoke sized fitted sheet for a boat's bunk bed. The quality and making is better than I imagined, way cheaper than I initially expected to pay when researching other companies and feedback and delivery was superb throughout. EXCELLENT.

Have dealt with this company before and I've got to say they are extremely friendly and professional.
Made to measure to my exact requirements, and any problems dealt with quickly. I placed another order on Sunday and I was informed on Monday they had to close the factory because of a covid outbreak. I was immediately offered a refund if I wanted to cancel. Received notification of my refund a couple of days later with no problems.
Don't have a clue what the previous reviewer is on about. They have only ever been helpful so really can't believe that review is truthful.

I ordered a custom made crib mattress on a Sunday. The paymeny was taken immediately. On Monday morning, the very next day I received an email from them saying that in fact they are closed due to Covid-19 and that mattress cannot be made in a forceeable future. I requested a cancellation and a refund. Never heard from them again. Now I will have to raise a PayPal dispute.
There was noting on their website to warn customers that they are closed! Had I known this I would have never placed an order. They were very quick in getting my money but now they ignoring my refund request. This is an UNRELIABLE COMPANY that needs to be BANNED trading in the UK.

Communication was quick and helpful, product was just what we wanted and very cheap compared to off the shelf products. Delivery was stated to be longer than normal due to covid but took less than a week. Absolute 5* company, thank you.

I bought a mattress for a bassinet - my grandson surprised us by arriving 5 weeks early so I needed it sooner rather than later. I phoned first and spoke to a lovely girl who advised me to put a note on the order and she would do her best to rush the order through. It arrived within 5 days - fantastic service and the mattress is really lovely. Very impressed.

But their products are excellent. I ordered a baby mattress for a bedside crib that I bought a second-hand. I also ordered sheets for it too they were beautifully soft. When it came to ordering sheets for my daughter's cot bed, I came straight back to this company to order their beautifully soft organic sheets. The waterproof covers were a bit too tight making the mattress curl and they made it right straight away.

Turned out I’d bought a cot with a changing table on top that wasn’t standard size!! Used this website to create a customised by size Matt in the exact pattern I wanted and it’s just arrived. It is perfect. The fit is excellent (although I did measure a cm less on each so worth doing this!) and the cover is removable from the pad so is easy to clean! It looks great and for the price I paid I’m extremely happy for my purchase!

I have been extremely satisfied with this company right from the initial enquiry. The representative (Leah) was extremely helpful with my query with no purchase pressure, she was just happy to help (thanks!).

The sales team also provided updates and, most impressively, were able to deliver my custom made replacement cot mattress within 5 days of placing the order, after I requested it as urgent due to some fairly unique circumstances I won’t delve into here!

The quality of the mattress is excellent, the finish is extremely professional and the cost was more than fair (cheaper and at least as nice as the branded alternative).

In short, if you need a new mattress, I cannot recommend this company to you enough!

A bespoke mattress ordered, manufactured and delivered (during lockdown) in only 4 working days. Incredible! Very helpful staff, a quality product and speedy service. The mattress fits our non-standard size cot bed perfectly. I am seriously impressed with this company. Highly recommend.

Wonderful company!! I had all sorts of issues getting a mattress for my funny sized Moses basket, and it wasn't helped by coronavirus! I ordered the aloe Vera and lavender infused cover and it really does have that element of luxury that they describe on the website. I'm over the moon with it. The customer service is also fantastic, my baby was due any day and I was panicking about having no mattress so they rushed my order through and it turned up just a few days later. HIGHLY recommend!

Ordered a custom sized mattress from this site, had to ask a bunch of questions and their customer service was great - quick, sensible responses to my emails. The mattress was made within 24 hours and arrived with us two days after ordering, fitted perfectly where we needed it.
Yes, there are a *lot* of options to figure out on the website, and it could be slightly better organised, but the products and staff are excellent.
In fact, I've just ordered another one for our travel cot!
