I ordered a custom size mattress protector, as they described the terry fabric as being cotton on their website, although the product page did not specify the fabric. On arrival, it was a polyester-cotton blend, which was incredibly disappointing. I reached out to customer service who first claimed the website didn’t say it was cotton but offered me a discount code for a future order, then when I sent them a screenshot of the website showing it said cotton, they just thanked me for the feedback. It was rather dismissive and unsatisfactory, as I would not have made the purchase had I known they used polyester.

There’s a pop up saying “get £5 off”. I fill in my details, then my phone number, and then at the end it says “only valid on orders of £40 or more”, when the mattress I want to buy is £36. So I’ve just given them my details for nothing. Really annoying sneaky behaviour - the “only for £40 spend” should be made clear at the beginning, BEFORE you give them your details.

After buying the most awkward cot for my baby girl and not realising I would need a mattress made to measure I finally found the tiny bed company.
I was so nervous that it wouldn’t be measured correctly or something would be wrong but after receiving it I’m absolutely chuffed.
My girl has been having the best sleeps in her big girl bed. It’s thick, comfortable and it fits her cot perfectly.
It’s also helped me to get some well deserved proper nights sleep.
The delivery was perfect. They left it where I asked them too so it wouldn’t get wet if it rained, although I feel like the packaging would have been waterproof anyway.
It was super easy to order off the website with lots of different mattress options.
I just went for the memory foam basics and it’s done wonders.

Lovely mattress, but a very frustrating experience as a customer. Dispatch is 7-10 working days but despite asking numerous times by email and via support ticket, no one could give me an estimated delivery date and just kept reiterating when it would be dispatched. As a customer, I only care when I'll get the item and more to the point, needed to make sure someone would be in to schedule delivery on that date. I like to support small businesses but probably wouldn't bother ordering from them again

Wanted a new mattress for my 31 year old cot which is quite large. Ordered from this amazing company a bespoke mattress, protector and organic fitted sheet. Had email confirmation of order very quickly and sheet was delivered first. I could not believe how very soft it was. Emails confirmation on mattress, when dispatched and to be delivered. Mattress is a perfect size as was protector and fitted sheet. Incredible customer service and superb quality on all three items. I’m very excited for my Grandchild to arrive in August. I know they will sleep well at Nanny Jo’s house. Looking forward to nighttime feeds to support my Son and Daughter in law. I can highly recommend this company and products. I’m still smiling now!!!

I wanted a mattress for my children’s cot which is 31 years old as My son and Daughter in law are expecting a baby in August. I measured the cot and ordered a custom mattress, organic fitted sheet and mattress protector. The sheet came first and is super soft. I love the feel of the material. Today, I took delivery of the mattress and it fits perfectly in my cot. The quality is superb!!! Soft and I cannot wait for my grandchild (waiting to know sex at birth) to use it. Its rearing was so easy and I felt confident with my purchases. I have been blown away by the quality, the communication from the Tiny Bed Company and speed in which I got my order. To find this company has been a godsend. Highly recommend this company for mattress, sheet and covers. Thank you to all staff for such a wonderful experience at this very exciting part of my life.

Great! We don’t have much space so needed a space saver cot. The only issue is I could not find a mattress protector that would fit. I ordered 2 made to measure mattress protectors and they were high quality and fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a beautiful cot that was a non standard size. The care and attention paid to my multiple queries regarding size and safety were all quickly and efficiently answered by Jessica. My order arrived in less time than quoted, the mattress is the perfect size, and the quality superb.
There are other companies that offer a bespoke mattress service, but none take the trouble that this company does. The cost of the mattress was only slightly more than buying a standard mattress, so excellent value for money too.

We ordered a custom size mattress in the premium nursery grade foam. We have an old cot from 1997 which isn’t a standard size, and the mattress we ordered is perfect in every way- measurements, quality, materials and quick manufacture/delivery.

Had the most amazing experience with this company. Ordered a set size mattress and the wrong one arrived, got in touch with customer care and they were so quick and efficient with making sure I had the mattress collected and a new one ordered right away. Given this was directly over the Christmas period, they were still quick to act and continuously checked on my and my order throughout the process (which overall only took a few weeks). So extreemely happy with result of bespoke made matress and highly recommmend.

Absolutely perfect.

I was struggling to find a replacement mattress for my existing Maxi Cosi Iora - even the manufacturers website doesn’t stock them! - and couldn’t find any other mattress that fit the bedside cot correctly. I even tried a newer model of the Maxi Cosi and the mattress wouldn’t lay flat. When I came across the Tiny Bed Company I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for baby, but it came well in time. The mattress is of a very high quality and I’m very happy with it. Thank you!

Excellent quality mattress.. Impressed!!!!

It’s been more than 10 business days since i submitted the order, and it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. The company claims it has faced delays over the year end period and that they are treating the order as a priority; this however did not result in anything tangible. Still no dispatch or delivery, after more than 10 business days. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered the stokke v2 mattress which the website says measures at 122x 68 cm. The mattress that was delivered measures at 69.5 in width and therefore doesn’t fit my cot. I have been emailing with the company all week about this. First they said my cot was the wrong version, which it isn’t. Then they said the stokke v2 dimensions are 70 cm wide - I then sent them the spec from stokke that confirms the dimensions are 68 wide (which is also what they advertise on their website).

They are refusing to refund me (because I took the mattress out of the plastic) or replace the mattress with a correctly sized mattress.

I have sent multiple photos and links with evidence and they are refusing to move forward.

I have asked for someone to call me and they haven’t and there’s no number to call.
