Great service on the ordering, arranging delivery and also collection. Very easy. The product was also very good quality. The rental service is also very affordable and made our holiday much less stressful. Very impressed and would definately again.

We wanted to try a double buggy before committing for our toddler and newborn. It was so handy, we got use of a great double buggy while baby was in the bassinet and it made nursery runs to get the toddler painless. Returning was so easy and, because the products are high quality, it was very simple to give it a good clean.

Super easy and wonderful customer service and great range of products, seamless returns. Would highly recommend and use again!

Excellent service! We rented the Baby Bjon bouncer, which is very expensive (even second hand), it was great to rent it for a few months and see if our baby liked it. Baboodle is a great concept and the team were very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend using them!

I have now rented multiple prams from Baboodle (travel prams and a double when we had a new baby). I love Baboodle. I love how easy it is. Great value for money and no stress about having to sell on products once your needs change and you are finished with them. Customer service is always so fast and helpful too. Brilliant company!

Baboodle.co.uk were absolutely brilliant. I honestly can't thank them enough. They made our holiday so much easier and there was no need to buy a travel buggy, which saved us money and hassle.

Even though I missed a bit of extra info during the booking, they acted fast and got the pram sent out with just two days to spare. Their communication was spot on and they didn’t make a fuss, just got it sorted.

The buggy arrived clean and in fantastic condition, like new. And the best part is they weren’t bothered about any mess on return. They clean everything themselves which made the whole process stress-free.

If I could give them more stars I genuinely would. They’re honest, reliable and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I’ve been so happy with the whole process of renting a pram from Baboodle. I only needed a dual pram for the summer after having a baby and I was able to order online and select when I needed it delivered. Delivery was hassle free and when I had an issue with missing parts they were sent out the next day. When it came to returning the item again this was really simple. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs items for a short time or to test out!

I rented the bugaboo dragonfly and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I placed the order, everything was completely seamless – clear communication, easy instructions, and no stress at all. When the pram arrived, I was genuinely impressed because it looked and felt basically brand new – you’d never know it was a rental! It was spotless, sturdy, and exactly as described.

As a first time parent it meant so much to me to have the guidance they provided. I wasn't 100% sure on which to rent and they assisted with my choice. They really go above and beyond for their customers and the dragonfly was perfect for me.

I’ll definitely be using Baboodle again and have already recommended it to friends. Such a brilliant service!

Super easy to order and return

I rented a BabyBjörn carrier and bouncer from Baboodle. What I received was shocking: the carrier had spit-up stains, and the bouncer was dusty, dirty, worn and smelled bad. These products were clearly not sanitized and posed a serious health and safety risk for babies.

Although I was refunded after complaining, the company’s response was dismissive and tried to minimize the issue. For a business dealing with baby products, this is unacceptable and dangerous.

⚠️ Be aware: they have no Google Reviews at all, which is very unusual for a UK company, yet display only glowing reviews elsewhere – highly suspicious. My experience was the complete opposite of those “perfect” reviews.

Parents deserve to know the risks. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

We rented a bottle washer and steriliser whilst our son was very little. This meant we didn’t have to spend the money buying one ourselves as they’re expensive and big and we knew we wouldn’t need one for ages.
The process was so easy, and the item was in excellent condition. The return process was really easy as well.

I rented a Bugaboo Donkey 5 from Baboodle - and it's not that there were zero issues at any point, but the way they handled these (very minor) issues was amazing. The box arrived damaged and there was a couple of minor things missing or broken. I spoke with Kate and they shipped me out new ones asap, and told me to throw away the broken box and they'd send a new one out when I needed it.
When it came to the return they were true to their word and got a new box sent out ASAP and started the return process for me.
When I returned it, another month's payment came out. I emailed them and in less than 24 hours it was sorted and the refund was processed. I honestly cannot fault them.
When I was enquiring about renting beforehand they were so helpful and responsive too.
