Terrible experience. Ordered a snoo for my two month old as we use it at home and wanted it for our 5 week trip to Scotland. 4 days after the requested delivery date it had still not arrived and we were moving on to a new location. I contacted baboodle prior to this who advised it was with their courier and nothing they could do so they cancelled the delivery with the courier but have still not refunded my initial payment and then have had the cheek to take a closing payment for my planned one month rental despite not actually providing me with the snoo. This in addition to the stress of having to source a replacement bassinet whilst travelling for my baby makes their service a jokw

We hired a travel buggy for our holiday with our 4 month old. The process was super easy and stress free!
Would definitely look into doing this again in the future!

Fast & efficient company! The hardest bit was working out how to get back in the box! Recommend to any new families wanting to try things out without full commitment to paying full price!

Amazing service. Used Baboodle to try out the Joolz Aer for a holiday before purchasing. The process was so quick and easy to order and they delivered on the day they said they would. Returns were simple through Royal Mail and collected from my home. Would definitely yes again and would recommend to any new mums!

We recently decided to use baboodle for a travel pushchair (joolz aer) for our holiday to Italy. We really didn’t want to spend £100’s of pounds purchasing a pushchair we would only use for a week - finding baboodle has saved us a lot of money, time and is hugely sustainable! The pushchair was clean, came with a bag for the pushchair and also a rain cover. Baboodle has a super fast delivery service, the collection service once you are finished with the product is outstanding and really simple to arrange through your local courier (ours is Royal Mail) - I have emailed the team also and found them extremely helpful with coming back to me. I shall recommend baboodle to everyone and use again in the future!

We used this company to hire a Snoo and a Nuna Leaf for our newborn. I didnt want to purchase these items if the baby would not take to them and, in the case of the Snoo, would only get 6 months use out of.
The process of hiring and delivery was straightforward. The packaging the items arrived in was great - the Snoo had clearly been used before but was pristine and had a number of accessories as stated. The Nuna Leaf was brand new in manufacturer packaging.
The items were both used for six months and returned. There was a slight issue with the return (entirely DPDs fault) but this was quickly resolved by Baboodle and the communication was outstanding.

Have already reccomended to many friends.
