Extremely Disappointed—Won’t Be Purchasing Again

I’ve given this brand multiple chances, but the quality and customer service have left me completely disappointed.

My first purchase was a coat listed as a size Large. What I received was closer to a size 2—I could barely fit my arm through the sleeve. I ended up giving it away to a friend who could actually wear it. The material was so thin it couldn’t possibly be considered a winter coat. Maybe on a 27° spring day it could work as a light shoulder cover, but definitely not for colder weather.

I did receive one beautiful knit dress that I was genuinely happy with—the quality was great. But unfortunately, that was the exception.

My most recent order included two dresses that were a complete letdown. One was so sheer it requires a slip just to be wearable, and it looks nothing like the photo online. The other had the same low-quality fabric and construction. Honestly, they feel like they were made in the same factory, and neither justifies the price tag.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with pushback and told that refunds aren’t available for sale items. That’s unacceptable. If the items are misrepresented or defective, the sale status shouldn’t matter.

The quality is comparable to fast fashion brands like Shein, but at a much higher cost. I won’t be purchasing again, and I’ll continue to raise this issue because customers deserve better.

The website states that they do easy returns and have a 100% satisfaction rate. I contacted the company for a return as the dresses colour was different to as portrayed on the website. I was told it was a sale item and that I couldn’t and that they only do returns if it’s faulty; which again is not stated on the website. Would NOT order again!!!!

The dress I ordered took 2 months to arrive, the zip was so cheap that it ripped apart immediately. The dress itself is also very thin and absolutely not worth the money.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Made a big order - 2 missing items 1 faulty items over 1 month of back and forth emails and no resolution. I am down £100+ with a pair of broken glasses. It is not fair the business has pocketed from my order by charging me for items I have not received!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

I ordered a dress well in advance for my wedding trip. One was canceled without notice, and the other got stuck just 30 minutes from my house for 3 days. When I contacted the shipping company, they said there was nothing there under my name. No help, no clear answer.

The dress arrived too late and was stained, but the store still refused to accept a return. Hiding behind a “sale item” excuse when the real issue was their poor logistics and lack of accountability.

Avoid this store at all costs.

SOOO BAD - do not order. Customer service terrible. Won’t let me return even though the quality is bad because I bought them as sale items. It did not make this obvious anywhere when ordering. I bought 2 sizes and needed to send them both back because of how thin the dresses were and they won’t let me return. DO NOT ORDER !!

Easy to use website, variety of clothes to choose from, professional and courteous customer service. I truly like their Hazel Cardigan, very soft material, feel great and look great in all colors

DO NOT BUY - they used Evri as a courier who left my parcel in someones elses letterbox and because the item was delivered they are refusing to give me a refund. I provided s picture of my front door as proof that the front door in the proof of postage picture from Evri is not the same door and they still wont refund me! They say they have to investigate but they have now stopped replying to my emails.

I love my new clothes!

Please do not order from this brand, returns are at your own cost and to China!!!
Awful customer service!

I ordered a beautiful dress from Azzura . It was too small and I needed to exchange it. Customer service needed pictures of the dress measurements to improve the fit. I exchanged it for the fabulous Nerina skirt set. Very happy customer!

I ordered a pair of trousers from Azzurra and was very pleased with the purchase. The fabric feels high-quality, and the cut fits really well. Everything was as expected – I would definitely consider ordering again.

This is not a UK company and the quality is terrible. Almost impossible to return food as you are eventually given an address in China. Looks to be Cambodian run marketing.
There's several like this including Luxe and Luna London, Godaro, Ellrae, Ivy Luna, Charly London and I keep finding more!

I have a FB page called Luxe and Luna London is a Scam if you want to comment more and share that to help close them all down.

DO NOT BUY FROM .. item ordered in march never delivered as left hanging out of letterbox so missing.. customer service is appalling chased for two months to be told been delivered speak to delivery company… terrible customer service avoid at all costs

My daughter has been shopping at Azzurra so I started looking at their clothing and thought they were a bit pricey but i got them on sale. I purchasesy a vest that came in 3 colors (black, blue and gray) and bought all of them.

The quality was good and it looks real cute on. I got a large and usually wear a medium so they may run a little small.

My other daughter took the blue one and wore it to one of our events and I wore the black one to a family gathering and both of us got compliments.

I’m real happy about my purchase.

Avoid at all costs! Made me write a good 5 star review before they would refund. Awful quality clothes... terrible customer service
