I purchased three dresses from Azzura. All three were much shorter than expected and too short for me to wear, despite being 5'3" and comfortable with short dresses.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I could not return the items from California, where they had been shipped. I was informed that I would need to return them from another state, which made a return or exchange impractical.
This was my experience, and I recommend reviewing the company's return policy carefully before purchasing.

The material and overall quality of the dresses were comparable to very low-cost fast-fashion retailers, and the clothing arrived without any branding or labels attached, which was surprising given the premium image presented on the website.
I placed Order #514243 after saving for months to purchase dresses for my birthday because the website advertised elegant, high-quality clothing. Unfortunately, what arrived looked nothing like the photos online. The dresses appeared cheaply made and did not reflect the quality being marketed.
What has been even more frustrating than the products themselves is the customer service process afterward.
I immediately contacted support requesting a return and was told I could proceed with “Option A” for store credit. I was directed to use their return portal, but the portal repeatedly gave me a 504 Gateway Timeout error and would not work. I then contacted support multiple times requesting a prepaid return label and instructions directly by email.
Despite several email exchanges over the course of nearly a week, I still have not received a return label or an actual resolution. Instead, I was told to open separate requests and bounced between multiple email threads, creating confusion and unnecessary delays. Every time I followed the instructions given to me, another issue appeared.
At this point, the lack of professionalism and communication has been incredibly disappointing. I simply want to return the items and complete the process, but customer service has made a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult.
Buyers should be cautious and carefully review the return process before ordering.
Honestly similar material from Shein. May 4th the order was placed and recieved May 20th.

The dress I ordered looks so amazing on the model on the website that I jumped at purchasing two of them! I’ve been burned many times doing that, and I was so afraid that would happen again. I got a small and was worried that it would be too tight because I finally figured out when I got the tracking information that it was coming from China and that made me even more concerned with the quality of the fabric and the size comparison to United States smalls. Anyway, the dress is finally arrived after a few weeks and while the fabric was not as expected, I will wear these dresses. I think it will be easier to just keep them rather than to deal with sending them back to China! I definitely do not think they are worth the price tag. Absolutely in no way. But, they’re not terrible. And the small is very loose.

I bought a dress from this company, and the dress didn't match the photo. I requested a return, and they said they could only refund me 15% of the value because the dress was on sale on the website. All the dresses on the site are discounted prices, meaning you buy it and they don't refund your money if you don't like it. I'm disappointed; I expected the dress to be nicer, but the fabric is awful. And I still don't have the right to return it

I don't often write in capitals BUT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THE GLOSSY PICS NOR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. The delivery took ages, the products are cheap polyester, scrumpled in bags and in NO WAY resemble the pictures. I wouldn't even use them as dusters. I am now TEN EMAILS in trying to get my refund since September. I have had half of it but was promised a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails for my final £60.00. I had to pay for the returns (about £10.00) and they've had my returns since 24 OCTOBER. This has taken hours of my time whilst undergoing cancer treatment, something I did not need to add to my stress. SO DISAPPOINTED IN AZZURRA. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE MONEY. If I could give zero stars I would.

The dress I received was in awful condition: no tags, a strong plastic smell, and completely unwearable. It’s so poorly made that I can’t even sell or gift it. Despite providing evidence, their customer service refused to accept a return unless I paid for shipping. This has caused immense stress and wasted time. Still waiting for over $400 dollars reimbursement after 3+ months! I updated my wardrobe on 19.4.25, purchasing nearly $600 worth of clothing. It arrived on 5.5.25 and I had a chance to try on the clothes that weekend. Unfortunately all but 2 items were too big (despite my using their measurement guide), so I contacted Azzurra to exchange 6 items for a smaller size. They confirmed receipt of my returned garments on 23.5.25 and I've been chasing them ever since! Initially I was seeking the same garments in a smaller size. There were a few emails back and forth, often with Azzurra asking the same questions and not getting anywhere. In the last few weeks I am demanding my money back, but no one is responding to emails. Do not trust this site to provide satisfactory customer service!!
