Amazing company highly recommended. Ordered some doors they was the cheapest compared to others. They offer free local delivery which is a plus as most companies charge a huge fee for delivery. I needed the doors by a certain date and they honoured that through their easy to use online chat

Brilliant and professional service supplied by AX National- the most beautiful doors at a very competitive price, Paul is kind, attentive with excellent communication skills. They do what they say they are going to do/ a rarity compared to other companies and tradesmen! I 100% recommend AX National and will definitely be using them again if we need to in the future.

Different sizes.
Purchased a large number of skirting and architrave, carpenter has just started fitting and is having a nightmare, the skirting boards are different heights, as much as 4mm. Carpenter is having to plane to the correct size and re-prime the bottom to seal. Would not use again.

The price is very competitive
The price is very competitive.
I made order of Torus skirting boards. They delivered right on the next day, the delivery man enthusiastically helped to bring them all into the lobby.
Among 10 slats, there were a couple of cracks on 1, and some chips on another. Generally the quality was good. If they could clean/blow out the dust in the hidden rank it would be even more fantastic.

Almost an “A” grade
Almost an “A” grade. The person answering my query was very helpful, directing me to the online page and instructing me what to do. The procedure for purchase was very clear, even for somebody who hates doing most things online!
The only downside was that I had to be in to sign for delivery. I had to cancel a medical appointment for this. It should be possible to ask for delivery to a neighbour or a safe spot, especially for items below a certain value, albeit at the purchaser’s risk.

Its so nice to deal with a company that has fantastic customer service. Hats off to Samantha who dealt with all my enquiries and last minute changes. The company went above and beyond with my order and will deliver FOC a door they were awaitng stock for and even my last minute handle thumb turn was dealt with above my expectations. Would recommend this company for your doors and ironmongery
