Full marks for doors; not so many for DX
Doors look and feel very good quality and were delivered with good packaging and no damage.
Doors tracked but no opportunity from DX to choose am or pm delivery. I was told by delivery man that he could not carry doors into house and so they were left outside. Thankfully it didn’t rain and I was fortunate to get a family member to carry the heavy pieces indoors several hours later.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really pleased you’re happy with the quality and packaging. We’re sorry the delivery experience was less convenient, particularly with the lack of a time slot and the doors being left outside. We’ll take your feedback on board with our delivery partner.
Excellent, prompt service
The samples we ordered were lost by Parcelforce, but Doorfinder were more than helpful in trying to ascertain what had happened to our parcel. They sent out a replacement promptly via a different carrier, and refunded the sample that they weren't then able to provide. Very impressed with the quality of the samples on what is a basic range, and we will be placing an order shortly. I have emailed several questions regarding the samples and hinge drilling, and received a response within a couple of hours. Top service. We've recommended Door Finder to our neighbours on the strength of this experience.

Really good kitchen cabinet door
The door and it's fittings arrived in good time and in good condition. Communication with the company was done via email and was easy to accomplish. If you need a bespoke door I would recommend Doorfinder.co.uk. and their overnight delivery once the door has been made.

A strong 5 Star award from me! Order sent and door (made to measure) arrived in perfect condition. Very well made and well packaged.
Sadly delivery by Dx was annoying! (This was Not under 'Doorfinder' control). Was not delivered on initial date told by Dx (ie a Friday) so had to with until Monday as no deliveries are made over weekend! No reason given or apology.

Samples of both the finishes and a piece of the actual door arrived very promptly and helped our choice greatly. The website is also easy to use and we quickly understood how much the doors would be. I'd recommend for quality, service and prompt communication

Really pleased with my experience with Door Finder. The replacement doors were a great match for my existing kitchen, which saved me from having to replace everything. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick and the doors arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
The quality is excellent and once fitted, the difference is barely noticeable. Such a good option if you have damaged or peeling kitchen doors and just need replacements rather than a whole new kitchen. Would definitely recommend
