Excellent service in the main
Excellent service in the main. Efficient, polite , professional and clearly thorough and knowledgeable.
The only negative was with the web portal; certain fields did not seem to complete as I had typed them on my android phone. Each word seemed to dissappear as I typed the next word. Leaving only punctuation marks. Unclear for me whether my answers where registered or not within the portal.
Apart from that, great service provided.

Quick, but expensive and no advice given
If you need a quick service, and are prepared to pay a premium, then this is probably for you. The original quote is not what you end up paying, as extra costs get added along the way, and they say they can't give you a running total, until you get your actual completion statement, so it could be a shock. Some of the emails ( automated) are very hard sell and insist you deal with things immediately. They offer no advice, just present all the facts, so you need to understand and read all the documents, there were over 200 pieces of correspondence to read. The call facility is good, but the slots are not long enough. The team behind the scenes are hardworking, and get the job done. But the process ( including the AML checks ) are stressful with no workarounds when you don't fit the exact criteria of the online requirements. The helpdesk for their provider is not UK based and make it very hard work. Overall we completed in 3 months, which is good, but It was very stressful and at times upsetting, due to the AML process.

I'm really pleased the team came across as hardworking, the call facility worked for you, and we completed in three months — that speed is why we complete 95% of moves when a third fall through elsewhere. On costs, your core fee is fixed and set out at the start; some third-party items simply arrive at different stages, but each is disclosed in writing as it happens and you can ask for an up-to-date total any time. I'm sorry if the emails felt like hard sell — the urgency is only ever to protect your move from delay. And you're right that we should always be explaining, not just presenting; no client should feel left to work it out alone. On AML, those checks are a legal requirement we can't waive, but I'm sorry the process felt rigid and stressful, and your comments on the call length and helpdesk are noted.

Really helpful and pleasant company
Initially I found the process a little daunting to start with all the emails etc. AvRillo were excellent and once everything was up and running it was fine. They were very quick to reply and someone was always available to help if needed.

For someone who is not very computer…
For someone who is not very computer savvy and doesn’t have to much experience with digital dealing I found this experience very interesting and enlightening.
Whenever I didn’t quite grasp the concept Kimberly would make it very clear and easy to follow instructions to overcome anything I could not understand.
Overall the service was fast secure, precise and very professional.

Quick and easy to use portal. Straight forward and did what they said they would when they said they’re would. Only 4 stars as some of the legal jargon used could’ve been simplified. Sent a lovely housewarming package when we moved which was a nice touch.
