Fast effective service
Fast effective service, very professional throughout.Only negatives are its very frustrating having to book a telephone appointment, when its often a general question you need to ask. Telephone appointments are short and you should get the choice of call duration. The portal and ID check service was very difficult to navigate for an elderly relative who needed to add gifted money. Other than this, the overall service was acceptable.
