AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS
AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS! They sold us an absolute dud. Our car failed its first MOT within a few months and has had numerous, significant problems since which is unheard of for a car that is 3 years old. No responsibility or accountability from the after sales team and no willingness to try and seek a resolution. STAY WELL CLEAR!

The preparation and after sales are appalling. Had several issues with the car and they repeatedly failed to sort very simple things. Great shame as the choice of cars is good.

Poor handover
The process of buying with no pressure even after a test drive was very good. All aspects of the sale was explained and agreed. However, we purchased an electric car for the first time. We were told it would be fully charged on pick up. This wasn't the case and left us disappointed. We drove on to the drive with no charge. We contacted customer service and received an apology late the following day. We accepted the apology but that didn't distract from the disappointment.
