Hello we waited approximately 10 days for our car when we finally got the call to come and get the car we had a phone call that 10th day morning to say we could’nt come at 11.30 as planned but had to collect the car at 18.20 that day this was so the valet and dent area could do there work(after 10 days i mean i know your busy but thats ridiculous, anyway we did what you asked and came at the said time 18.00 we were taken out to the car and we checked around it what we found was a scrape on the front offside alloy which was’nt there when we came to view the car so you did not bother to do that the valet i’m afraid to say was poor it was not fully valeted they cleaned the upholstery but there was dirt in all of the area’s that take like cups and things personally in my opinion the car wash down the road would have done a better valet also there had been some kind of sticker on the back nearside quarter that had been taken off but the black mark glue was left on it the lad that dealt with us i think he tried to wipe it off but it made a dirty mark and that was left for us to deal with i think his name was kyle, so he then said that we would have to bring the car back in for them to do the alloy so at that moment it is still not our car even though we were told that you had to have the funds before we came to collect the car so we paid for a product before we saw the end result(not fair really) kyle said they could not arrange a time to come back as that department had closed for the day he said they would contact me in the morning at 09.00 the next morning came which was this morning the next day 28/04/2026 but no phone call we think this is very poor and not very happy we had to travel over an hour to get to castle donnington maybe you could interact and maybe gets things done for customers who buy a car from the other site, we do like our new car but not very happy with the service that we recieved.

Bought a Mini Cooper Electric
Bought a Mini Cooper Electric. Imogen was great and there was no pressure to buy and extra products were explained in a non-pushy way. Andrew took over for the form filling and explained HP plan clearly and arranged for valeting etc. (he also organised for a ‘smoke bomb’ as car previously owned by a smoker and now smells like new). Slight wait for pickup but from my experience I’d say they’re busy for a reason; great service!

Handover could have been better…
Everything about my experience was great. I just found it a bit frustrating I wasn’t shown the features on the car at the handover stage.
I then had to sit there for 10mins working out how to drive it and still don’t know how to set everything up 4 days later.
I’m not sure if this is the norm but I was pretty much given the keys and left to go out to the car by myself.
