I was very impressed with Available Car, on all aspects of looking for, finding and then buying a car from them. From the attention to getting the simple things right - cars displayed in a large showroom and outsdie, with decent room between cars to enable someone to look around from all angles (rather than some places that have them crammed up against one another), plus cars clean and highly polished (most of the 2-3 year old cars looked almost new), to a friendly and non-pushy team of staff, and a wide selection of vehicles by brand, make and colour. In terms of buying a second-hand car, it's probably the best experience I have had.

It felt like at the start it seemed to take along time but it was a Friday and there were a few people around. In the end it all went smoothly. Got the car I chose on the Monday which went well. When we got home we found a problem with the built in sat nav got in touch with available car and the car is going back to be sorted. So hopefully all will be good.

I had an issue with my first car, something unknown to all parties. Available Car were awesome, from Customer Services, Sales, and Aftersales the teams joined together and delivered. As a customer you cannot ask for more. My new car is awesome, thanks guys for all your help.

Friendly stuff, good give better prices on their parts exchange prices but managed to get a good deal in the end handover was a bit slow but the young lady who sorted me out in the end was very efficient friendly the car was very clean The people who did the prep work did a very good job. The car so far is running great would recommend available car.com.

The people i spoke to were patient helpful and explained things well i didnt feel like i was being rushwd into anything i felt well looked after . And it was nice to be seen by the same person that sold me the last car

Very friendly,knowledgable helpful staff.was able to browse at my leisure and was not pushed or pestered by the staff..but they were on hand to answer my questions.customer service excellent.highly recommend

Smooth process. Quick to view/test drive and get price on part exchange (did it all on my 1 hour lunch break).
The handover took a little longer but the overall process was very smooth and the members of staff was great.
I didn’t get a call to confirm vehicle was ready for collection but I did call and was advised it was for the pre agreed time/date.

Good customer service but could be better.
Long waiting times & appointments also never on time.
Do not use if you have other appointments to attend.

The Available car experience is nice and straightforward - what I would say is that small steps could improve it - like having an electric car fully (charged) as promised on the day of purchase, fluid levels being correct and ensuring people understand the car has to be taxed before being taken off the lot

My first experience was great. The young gentleman who gave us the test drive and went through all our options was fantastic to the point we bought the car. Sadly after that it went a bit down hill. Everyone was friendly. It was just poor time keeping. Nearly an hour wait to have my car valued, even though I had an appointment. The day I had planned to pick up the car was cancelled on a Saturday for a Monday appointment, which caused all sorts of problems cancelling and arranging time off work. Then on my new appointment, even though I said that I was under time restraints due to work commitments, there was still no rush and I had to wait 30 minutes passed the agreed 10am appointment time, and I only just (by 2 minutes) made it to work. In short Staff, lovely and friendly. Keeping to agreed appointment times..awful!

My sister bought a car from here , bought it around end of October /November time .
You get a 3 month warranty but she was sold the extended warranty by this lot.
just over the 3 month mark engine light comes on long story short she needed a new engine .Good job she bought the extended warranty that was gold standard she thought .
She then got told they would not cover her for some complex reason that confused a young teacher who has not long had a child and she was lumbered with a car that needed 9k spent on it for a new engine .
The warranty did not cover the engine ?
after trying to fight it she was bullied into submission and sold the car for a heavy loss to a we buy any car sort of set up .
i only found out recently so i called these and they basically said if she has sold it on then nothing we can do and then went through some examples of what she should of done !
in my opinion if you buy a car that is under warranty an it breaks down after a couple hundred miles the warranty people should cover it .Available car of course blamed the warranty company but it is them that sells this scam ! i have contacted newspapers who are interested in running this story so hopefully this place will loose as much business as possible an then hopefully close .I wish nothing but misfortune on this lot for conning a young mom out of more than 10k and then bullying her that much that she takes thousands of pounds loss just to scrape some money back so she can afford to rent a car to get to her teaching job !! disgrace DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AND SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN

Great until it came to the hand book which was it’s in the glove box.only to find no handbook

Just alround excellent anf efficient service

Jack who I dealt with through the buying process was clear and precise with the costs involved and always available for any questions I had, so overall very helpful.
Just a couple points I want to make, (1) I payed for the car 🚗 to be delivered which is perfectly reasonable however I still don’t think I should have had to pay for the car 🚗 I traded in to be returned to Castle Donnington as I was no longer the owner and Available cars should have paid as they technically owned the car when it was driven away.
(2) There were no car mats with the car which when you factor in what I paid was really disappointing.

These guys and girls are amazing. The whole process of buying a car was excellent. Would highly recommend.
