I'm sorry to hear there was some confusion with your rental search and results. I looked at our customer service log to see if you had reached out to us regarding the difference in the pricing. I didn't see any correspondence from you. Please know that our first priority is to see that our customers have a great experience on our site. If a customer runs into problems or has an issue like you did, we want to know about it. I see in your confirmation email that your trip has not begun yet. Could you reach back out to me at help@autorentals.com and share more details? What was the original price you were shown and how much difference is there in the amount shown in your confirmation email. I'm wondering if you might have added GPS or a child seat or an additional driver? That could cause the rate to change. What ever the case might be, I want to look into this further for you.
