Wrong address listed for car rental
I booked a car rental and the location is listed as the Saint Pete airport. But after booking I went back and looked again and the address associated with the Saint Pete/Clearwater airport is actually the address for the Tampa airport-which is 30 minutes away.

Change in terms between voucher and booking
'I booked my rental through AutoRentals.com based on the terms and price clearly stated in my rental voucher. However, when I arrived at Avis to collect the vehicle, I was presented with terms and additional charges that were substantially different from what was stated in the original voucher.
As a result, I had no practical choice at the counter but to pay additional money out of my own pocket in order to obtain the vehicle.
The biggest problem is not simply that Avis charged additional fees. My issue is that the conditions I was faced with at pickup did not match the rental agreement/voucher I had received from AutoRentals.com when I made the booking. If important conditions or mandatory charges can change between the booking and the pickup counter, then the advertised price and voucher are extremely misleading from a customer's perspective.
I booked through AutoRentals.com expecting the voucher to reflect the actual terms of my rental. Instead, I ended up paying considerably more than I had budgeted for and was left to deal with the discrepancy at the Avis counter myself.
This was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend that customers carefully verify every single condition and potential charge directly with the rental company before relying on an AutoRentals.com voucher.
I have kept the original voucher and documentation showing what was offered at the time of booking, as well as the additional charges I was required to pay at pickup. I expect AutoRentals.com to explain why the terms presented by Avis differed from the terms in my voucher and to reimburse the additional costs that resulted from this discrepancy.
Based on this experience, I would not use AutoRentals.com again.'
