They charge me when I booked $19.42 and when I get the car they charge full amount $169.03 without reduce the first payment. So the total go to 188.45 and should be 180.00

That left a balance due at time of pick up of $140.37. Unless you added something like an additional driver or GPS or a child seat or insurance, you should have only had to pay Right Cars $140.37. If you would send a copy of your final invoice to help@autorentals.com, I would be happy to look into this further for you. We appreciate your business and want you to know that we stand by our customers from the booking process and throughout the entire rental period and after, if need be. You matter to us!

When "In Terminal" Means 5 Miles Away
AutoRentals.com indicated that I was reserving at Hertz "in terminal", but the actual booking was then placed at an off airport Hertz location 5 miles away. Not okay! Thank goodness I checked before getting on the plane!
