AUTODOC rejected my warranty claim despite compatibility information
I am very disappointed with AUTODOC.
I purchased a car part after entering my vehicle details into their system. The part was shown as compatible with my vehicle.
The part did not work correctly and was not compatible with my vehicle.
I contacted AUTODOC and requested a solution. After reviewing my case, their warranty department rejected my claim, stating that the part was incompatible.
Their explanation was that their system displays different possible parts and that the customer is responsible for checking the OE number and visually comparing the old and new parts before installation.
I find this unacceptable. If AUTODOC provides vehicle compatibility information during the purchasing process, customers should be able to rely on that information. The responsibility should not simply be transferred to the customer after receiving an incompatible part.
I have kept the emails and evidence regarding my case.
I am asking AUTODOC to reconsider the decision and provide a proper solution, including a refund.
Based on my experience with the after-sales service and warranty process, I cannot recommend AUTODOC.

In such cases, we do recommend cross-referencing the OE number or visual appearance to ensure a 100% exact match before installation. However, we never intend to shift the responsibility unfairly, and we regret if this policy was communicated to you in a frustrating manner.

I ordered brake cables for both sides…
I ordered brake cables for both sides of my 2015 Nissan Pulsar 1.5 D engine, and a set of rear brake shoes, however when they arrived the brake shoes and 1 of the cables were not the right ones, had to improvise with the cable in order to get it fitted, however nothing could be done with the brake shoes.

Happy Autodoc customer.
Autodoc have such a vast amount of parts it amazes. Reasonably priced and my orders arrive on time, well packaged within a week from Germany. Will buy again and recommend. If I had one criticism it would be that they don’t stock many vintage parts for my old Porsche 924. Maybe this is something to look at in the future.

Dacia duster headlights
I ordered 2 headlights a few weeks a part first one was my very first order and took nearly 2 weeks from time ordered to arrive second one really surprised me how fast it arrived I was much happier on second one that really was a great service quality seemed very good mechanic had no issues fitting them and they are working very well and more than half price of main stealers price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Scammers - Incompetent, clueless, chaos
I placed a basic order, customer service told me the part number wasn't available on 2 orders but couldn't offer alternative, after encouragement they eventually did on 1 order, then after being asked 7 times to include & dispatch the order I got numerous emails saying I hadn't responded and they erroenously sent the order 7 days late missing parts I paid for, every single time I have the misfortune of using this outfit it's always the same - stick to proper local Auto Factors, smaller parts factors etc - way cheaper in the long run !! No doubt they will respond to this message with some copy paste response saying to contact the UK branch (wrong country ironically) or some unmonitored 'trust' email address to get another copy paste whitewashing email from another clueless customer service agent
