After 2,5 years the frame suddenly turned non responsive so I sent them an email. They quickly replied and sent me a new charger for free. This resolved the problem.

Incredibly simple process that got my frame back up and running in a few days. We were almost certain we were going to have to toss the frame so I’m very happy I reached out to customer support. In a world where interactions with customer support almost always leave one frustrated, you all hit the mark an exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I bought two frames in Dec 2025. They worked perfectly. Recently one seemed to stop working. I contacted CS. They were quick to respond to fix the issue remotely! Great CS!

Nirvan was an amazing support. My gift from kids was damaged and they showed me how to replace and they moved my photos over so I didn't need to do anything but plug it in. So very Grateful for the assistance.

I had a notification issue and I reached out to customer support and they gave me several suggestions on how to eliminate the red dot notification and stayed with me until it was resolved which included emailing me with suggestions and then checking back with me to see if it was resolved. That’s wonderful customer service 🥰

I was delt with politely and promptly.My frame developed a fault on the screen and was replaced within days.

Nirvan was extremely helpful. I have 4 Aura frames and one hasn't been working properly for a while. It's out of warranty so he gave me a nice discount for a new frame, transferred all photos for me and then walked me through erasing the old frame. He followed up periodically to check in. Thanks!

Nirvan worked as a personal friend instead of a robot!! Our experience as retired people is not always that way as some of us are "technically challenged" and Nirvan made it all work for us!

Received an Aura frame as a gift a few years ago and love it. When a problem occurred with the frame the Aura Support Team was determined and dedicated to fixing the problem. Their concern and follow-up with me was outstanding, like nothing I have experienced before, and I am very grateful.

My elderly mother was having problems logging into her Aura account and contacted the company through chat and email. She was still not getting resolution (her fault not yours!), so I also emailed Aura and explained the situation. Keiko from Aura was so patient and cc-ed me on all emails regarding this situation. We were able to get it resolved quickly and my mom can again see her precious photos!

After many years of having their frame, Aura stands by their product. Their customer service representative, Lucia, was fabulous. She listened, was responsive, and was able to fix my issue.

I love my aura frame, it absolutely says luxury photo viewing. Stunning display lovely elegance and easy to use. Customer service was so prompt in getting back to me and resolved my issue in an instant. Appreciate them so much and I will be getting another aura frame soon.

Fancy Schmantzy -- What a waste of $249
Frame looks nice but even though its connected to the internet all the time the brain dead engineers at Aura did not put in an option fot the display to show basic information that , if you are using this in the kitchen or elsewhere in the house would be handy . NO TIME DISPLAYED, NO DATE DISPLAYED < NO TEMP DISPLAYED . How hard would it be to add that option you say ? Not hard at all and so they are basically selling you a digital slide projector that does nothing else but drain your wallet.
So many other products out there with more options for less money . If you are looking for just a good looking frame blow your $249 here--otherwise if you want something useful go elsewhere

We have purchased 5 auras over the last few years, for family members and our own home. We have never had an issue until recently when one of our frames had a cord break off a piece of metal inside of it, rendering it unusable. I reached out first to try a new cord, which the Aura service team sent for free. When that still didn’t work, I reached out and they immediately got me set up for a brand new replacement aura. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the solutions provided. These are expensive gifts, and we get to enjoy them every day. Thank you for saving the day!

My original frame was faulty and I approached aura on the wednesday afternoon, they replied within two hours asking for a photo. I sent that next day and received a reply within two hours asking for my details to send a new frame. They said it could take 2 to 7 days to arrive but I received it on the friday tea time with clear instructions how to transfer my photos over.
Excellent service. ( and I love my frame)

Immediate feedback - it was not obvious that you could not view ALL our images on a laptop but you can ONLY on a cell phone.

I was very pleased with my experience. My issue was addressed and resolved very promptly.
