PS4 game unplayable!!

Ps4 game arrived after a week. Website said perfect condition but it was severely damaged and unplayable

As we deal in used goods, each product brought to us is checked to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition. In the case of optical media, minor scratches are acceptable as long as they function as expected. I apologise if this may have been missed here.

Product was broken

Product was broken, crusty, and awful, didn't work at all, at best I could get it to light up with some finagling but it wouldn't work. Do you even check the items you are selling?

Faulty SSD

Received faulty SSD. Could not reliably partition access the drive. Hopeful CeX will provide a refund. I have returned the SSD.

Given the nature of our business, all items are tested before they are bought and resold. However, this seems to have been missed here. Feedback will be shared with the sourcing store so they can reassess their testing measures.

As we deal in second-hand goods, product performance may vary and not be the same as when they are purchased brand new but be assured they are tested as per our set guidelines and are bought only once they pass the testing done on them.

Overcharged me delivery fees

Overcharged me delivery fees. Delivered the wrong product. Didn't offer to deliver the correct product after getting it wrong. One of the products I ordered was not as advertised. When I raised the issue they sent me their delivery fee pricing without acknowledging their error.

As per shipping policy, a delivery charge of $4.00 is applied to individual items that cost less than $50.00, irrespective of them being sent from the same store or in the same package. If you purchase an item priced at $50.00 or more, no delivery charge will be applied to that particular item. Having reviewed the order, all except one item cost less than $50.00, hence, a delivery charge of $4.00 was applicable to each of them.

Additionally, we offer a click & collect service, allowing our customers to pick up items from a nearby store. Please keep in mind that availability may vary, and this service is only available at the store where the item is in stock.

Wrong model and size

Not only was I sent the wrong model watch band , but also the wrong size of the wrong model . When you want to make more money by selling the watch bands separate from the watches , please train your staff to send the right bands .
