Good bang for buck.

Got a great grab.
Good bang for buck.
But I need to be honest it can be a bit of a draw of luck buying used goods.
It came well protected, but it was the item in a bubble wrap, don't expect anything else, like cable, plug, whatever... it's the main item (it was a headset, not even sure if was cleaned properly, so I've sanitised just to be sure) and... that's it.

Still... it was like less than half of its price

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Send me wrong product. Invoice states lens for Sony but sent me lens for Canon. Then they refunded where I asked for a replacement.

We have buy-in standards in place to make sure that all our items are fully functional and listed correctly. I see that you have returned the item, and a refund was issued to the original mode of payment as per our online returns policy.

We try to fulfil as many replacement requests as possible but, in case the item is out of stock, a refund is provided to the original mode of payment.

Rest assured, feedback has been shared with the store management for procedural evaluation and the necessary steps were followed to avoid such an instance from happening again, which is one of the reasons the item does not show in stock at the moment.

First time buying from here, was flawless.

Purchased a hard drive from here. Was a little unsure about buying from this place and even less sure about buying a second hand hard drive. But gave them a try, postage and handling times were great, would have preffered it not needing to be signed for, but not a huge thing.

Hard drive appears to be in great shape, no errors/bad sectors, it arrived with all the original packing/cords ect. If it wasn't for a dirt smear on the top of the drive, I would have thought it was new.

I was sent the wrong item

I was sent the wrong item. It was a gift for my son and it’s not what I ordered for him. Now I have to return the incorrect item and hope you send the correct one. I’m waiting to hear back if the cost of returning the wrong item falls on me or you.

Got the wrong item…

Got the wrong item on an online purchase. The picture and the item listed didn't match. I wanted the item pictured, but got the item listed. The item description was short, vague, and didn't list anything to differentiate between the two. Waiting on a either an exchange or refund after. Process would be alot easier and quicker if I could've called and spoke to somebody instead of email only

Third attempt !!

I buy occasionally from Cex, last purchase experience wasn't good lol reason I kept receiving wrong Specs of graphic card I believe it's not Cex fault coz ppl sold those cards with wrong specs and of course they entered wrong in system. anyway on 3rd attempt i received the correct part GTX 1650 GDDR6 not GDDR5. Cex should have checked when ppl sells these cards. overall experience was perfect coz no problem for returns they sent the vouchers within 20min and I placed order again with no wasting time. thanks
