Very responsive via WhatsApp, booking through @hotel was easy and efficient!

Didn’t mention about resort policies, unaware of additional fees, poor customer service

J’ai réservé un séjour via @hotel, j’ai connu ce service sur internet et suis très surprise de la qualité de leur service !
Après réservation, j’ai échangé avec Qetoo qui m’a été d’une grande aide pour organiser notre arrivée à l’hôtel.
La personne a été très réactive (quelques secondes) et m’a apporté une solution aussi vite !
Un réel bonheur de pouvoir compter sur ce service et prévoir un séjour sereinement.
De plus, les tarifs proposés sont beaucoup moins chers que sur les autres sites.
Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

I booked a few times using @hotel they always have great deals, in my latest trip to Washington D.C. I had some complications with my flights and the customer service from @hotel (Maya) was able to help me with my booking process and cancellation. The hotel is very close to the centre in a quiet area. We were three adult and we have chosen a big room but the bathroom was very small with no support shelves near the sink. That was the only negative point.
However the hotel was clean, the staff helpful and friendly the breakfast was very good !!!

Modern hotel met top ligging. Winkelstraat op 100m en horeca / bezienswaardigheden / openbaar vervoer op minder dan 10 minuten stappen. Mooie kamer met mini keuken met tooster, nespresso, waterkoker, afwasmachine, frigo en benodigdheden. Zelfs strijken is mogelijk. 1 minpunt, de kamer was te warm en raam kon niet open. Wij zouden zeker teruggaan.

Great experience with a full refund within the 1/2 refund period because the agent Sahy reached out on my behalf for the full refund. Plus great pricing!

Everything was fine for a one-night stay, I was just a little disappointed that the breakfast wasn't an open buffet.

Really quick responses, helpful and the team is very willing to resolve any issue.

When scrolling on my instagram I came across @hotel. At first I thought it was unreal when looking at the prices for my trip to Egypt. While booking online I was having issues finalizing my reservation. I called and spoke to Sahy. He went above and beyond to address my needs, he was extremely patient and a great listener. He is the true definition of GREAT customer service. I couldn’t be happier with his service. He even mentioned a few places to visit in Egypt since he is Egyptian. He is beyond amazing, professional, friendly and highly skilled.I appreciate this company extended working hours which are highly convenient for busy individuals like me. I was so happy with Sahy’s service that I went and booked my trip to London with him. Highly recommend this company because of Sahy. Thank you Sahy for all you do!!!

@hotel service was quick, friendly and upto the mark. Only problem I thought is the communication channel, its only email. But nevertheless they are very prompt in responding and even if its taking time for resolution, there will be an acknowledgement email from someone(not automated bot) saying that they are looking into the issue and will get back soon. This is very impressive and I hope it never degrades in future, we never like to end up in situation where we just mention our problems, concerns but don’t know when will it be resolved. So atleast keep this spirit going.
